I was a first-time user of storage and I found the Bristol site to be easily accessed, with plenty of parking space. Chris took me through the admin very efficiently and then showed me to the unit, explaining everything very well. The building was clean and tidy. Very pleased.

The staff are helpful
The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and respond quickly to queries by email, phone or in person. The units are modern and easily accessible and trolleys are always available. The access code system, once you get used to it, makes the use of the storage facility at all times of the day or night feel safe and secure. The available toilet is warm and clean!

It was pretty easy to rent the storage container and the move in process was smooth and easy.
What was more problematic was the insurance cover for the items being stored. The quote from Access was pretty high (in my opinion) for the value of the goods being stored. I managed to get a much better policy, with higher cover, for £10 less per month
