I’ve bought 4 items so far. Everything fits well and is so comfy & hardwearing. Thoroughly recommend.

The wrong trousers were sent in my order. I contacted Acai immediately in order for them to rectify my order, got a standard reply saying they're quite busy at the moment and nothing since.

I find with Açai it’s all about the sizing !so I’m writing what I want to know . I’m 5ft 4 weigh 54 kg and am 64 . I would say I’m a size 9 , so don’t fit ‘normal sizing ‘ I bought a 10 in the trousers and short zip winter top , the sleeves were a little long but with the tight cuff , fitted fine . Both outfits are so cosy and easy to wear . Definitely for outdoor people and great quality. I wear mine sailing when you really need warmth and no gaps for the wind to whistle through .

I completed a return on the 13th July, it is now the 26th July and I have not yet received any confirmation that the items have been received, no refund amd no reply to enquiry emails sent

Ordered end of May during a promotion, the wrong item arrived, emailed the customer services to see how best to return and get the item I ordered sent out. No reply. Another 2 weeks I emailed again, no response. Completed the returns form and posted my incorrect item back. Guess what, no refund or contact now it’s the end of July. Truly poor customer service and non existent communication. Don’t feel I will be buying from the site again. Here’s hoping my money reaches me at some point

I have numerous pairs of their trousers and leggings. They fit beautifully, and are really hard wearing.
They are perfect for camping, hiking or just a replacement for jeans.

Really lovely kit. Love all the items. The coat is really good quality and super cosy - looking forward to wearing it come the Winter.

Excellent products and a bargain in sale prices. Delivered swiftly and well packaged. What’s not to like.

Now in touch and very pleased with response .
Reassured with customer service. I have bought at least 6 products and this last purchase did not fit so I emailed customer service. Received an immediate holding response. 19/7. Now sorted so amended review .

Still waiting sorry to be the bearer of bad news .

I have lots of the walking trousers in many colours and couldn’t resist the stone colour ones along with a bright beanie hat (I have a pink and cream/beige one aswell !)
Acai is my go to casual/walking gear. Highly recommend. Sizes are always spot on so I know when I order my size I never have to return anything

With Acai I adore the make for trousers and tops and even socks that I completely love. The skinny trousers are incredibly flattering and even after recent abdominal surgery I was able to comfortably wear these trousers. They seem to wash wonderfully and literally are comfortable however my body feels. I now own four pairs of spring/summer/autumn skinny trousers ( they look so good with a pair of knee length boots ) and four pairs of thermal winter skinny trousers and a pair of the leggings. Fantastic clothing range. I would love the stripey socks to come back the red, white and blue ones as they are super comfortable in hiking boots for long walks.
