Ordered and paid £77 for a rugby shirt…

Ordered and paid £77 for a rugby shirt 8 days ago and apart from confirmation of my order I've had no contact since despite 4 emails and messaging them via social media.
I fear my money has been taken and I cant afford to purchase another from elsewhere. Do not order from this company!!
