Easy to order through their website. Item I was ordering was available at a good price. I was kept up to date with delivery. Item arrived in Australia in a timely manner.
Easy to order, plenty of products to choose from and quick domestic delivery. The cut of the t-shirt (i had an M) is generous, not slim fitting.

When it arrived it was too big. I requested return and exchange for smaller size. They issued return label and return thing to put in with shirt. Was so easy to do. Replacement shirt arrived fairly quickly once they processed my return I guess, but so easy to do and then I was really happy.
