No change noticed after 4 weeks. I’ve got the mango and pineapple sachets, the taste is ok, much better than the powders I have tried before (not from Absolute Collagen). I have just ordered my second month and the price has almost doubled, expensive for no results so far but will give it a bit more time.

Addition to morning coffee
It’s great for putting in coffee. I was happy with it but not enough in pack. There was a weeks less than there should have been. In fairness you’re meant to only fill 3/4. They did offer to send me another weeks worth when I fed back to them. I declined as I had started using another brand.
