Speedy, friendly service

Air bed arrived quickly to my mothers care home. I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery at all stages and the customer service sounded friendly and helpful.

Very good service

Delivery service and products excellent, we did order a walking frame for my mother and skis to help it slide but there were no instructions about fitting the skis and the rubber ends on the frame did not come off easily, in the end we did not need them anyway as she could use it easily without.

Just the job; quick service.

I needed a 'picker' because I sometimes have a back spasm and cannot bend. A friend lent me one which I found useful. So went to internet and found Ability Superstore. (I will be ordering another item from their catalogue which they sent me too.)

Sweet relief!

Listen. I know we British don't talk about 'functions' much, but have you tried battling to get to the bathroom without leaking on the way? I got tired of the rush - it must cause more accidents than anything else!
At last I got myself a 'night bottle'.....AAaaahhh!
It arrived virtually by return of post and was not expensive.
The enclosed catalogue is in our communal lounge now and I hope it is as helpful to someone else.

Customer service excellant

The mobility aid which was pictured as straight was delivered to my disabled friend folded in half, she was unable to straighten it , and unfortunately , she thought she would be unable to use the item, having explained this to customer service, they saidt"that as it would probably be more costly to be returned than the value of th e value of the item motto worry" My money was returned the same day., thank you. Perhaps it would have been helpful to mention that the item would be delivered folded in half

I had an item sent to a friend thinking it would help her ,
Unfortunately the item was delivered folded in half, having been displayed as straight. My friend was unable to straighten it fully & unfortunately she decided it would not be of aid to her. Having spoken to customer service they advised her not to send the item back as it's. value was less than the cost of returning. My money was returned the same day, thank you
But a warning could be printed advising that an item would not e sent out as shown
