Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you are renting through them.
I’m really disappointed with my experience. The people I’ve spoken to have always come across as polite and approachable, which made me feel initially reassured. However, that hasn’t been reflected in how my situation has actually been handled.
My main issue is with my deposit. It has now been over 2 months, and I am still waiting for a proper response or resolution despite following up multiple times. This has been frustrating and stressful, especially as it feels like there’s a lack of urgency in dealing with something that matters a lot to me.
Each time I call, I’m directed to the lettings team, but they often seem unaware of my case or any previous communication, even after I’ve been in touch repeatedly. This shows a clear lack of internal communication and coordination.
It’s disappointing because the conversations themselves feel positive, but the follow-through just isn’t there. I was expecting a more efficient and transparent service.

Told the agents what the lowest we would except but sent viewers who offered stupidly low amounts.2 viewers not interested and 1cancelled viewing not happy at all with there performance.they new we had put a deposit down on a new home so perhaps they thought they could sell it cheap.

A & F Property Group in Burnham-On Sea have provided me with excellent Customer Service whilst renting out my property. I particularly like the fact that they respond to me quickly and in an efficient and professional manner. The checks that they do are very comprehensive and the property check reports that are carried out on a regular basis are comprehensive and detailed. ( not tick sheets that I have had from other property companies). If there are any maintenance issues they are very responsive and always send through quotes. They have a good team to carry out maintenance and emergency repairs. The office is manned by Debbie, Paul and Rachel and they are always at the end of the phone to assist and help with any queries .
I would have no hesitation of recommending them to any landlord thinking of putting their property in their capable hands.

Amazing service and always ready to help and always giving really great advice. Wonderful time and I couldn't reccomend the team enough especially Robert Capel.

Highly recommend this friendly and efficient lettings agency. Moving is stressful enough and A & F Lettings made that process much easier!
From viewing the property, right through the referencing process and finalising the tenancy agreement, the service was excellent.

A&F have managed my rental properties for over 15 years. I have received nothing but good service. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and will offer advice when needed. Nothing is too much trouble. Paul and Lorraine make my rental business much easier to manage and only bother me when absolutely needed. Highly recommended.
