7 Cups has been like family since I started back in November 2024 and it has been a great experience for me. It is helping me to grow and be a better listener. Thank everyone at 7 Cups for your support and your continuing learning on improving my knowledge and my schooling as it plays into it.

This experience showed me how to become a leader and grow a community. I learned ways to keep people engaged and how to manage discussions. I also learned just how important groups are and the diversity of it. All around great internship and definitely something to do if you want to improve leadership skills.

I've recently joined 7 Cups as a listener and my only regret is that I wish I found this site sooner. Not only does it allow me to help others by offering a listening ear to situations they are going through, the company also recognizes and offers an opportunity for a listener to discuss their life challenges with others on the platform. Since joining, I honestly feel like I'm giving back.

I know people who have been personally helped through some really dark times thanks to 7 cups, which is what brought me there to become a listener. As an aspiring psychotherapist, it has given me invaluable experience as an active listener. I do find the site not the easiest to navigate, but you figure things out after a few days. Their training courses are super helpful and the community is, for the most part, very supportive and friendly. It's clear from my experience on this platform that there needs to be better access to mental health therapy globally, but I am very grateful that this site exists to help those who can't receive help otherwise.

Extremally abusive users and moderators! Don't ever use this website if you vulnerable and need support. Nobody cares about you there. They treat you like another person with problems, not like a person who needs love and support!

I got kicked out for telling the truth about moderator that was extremally abusive. And constantly telling me how to cheer up someone and how should i do that right.

Moderators are themselves have problems and mental health issues, so they just can't and have no right to offer help to others!

Please, if you feel bad and need help - I'm with you and i'm so sorry! Please eat tasty food, watch something cozy and reach out to hotline. Hotline unfortunately also can be toxic, but it's nothing in comparison with this stupid site.

7 Cups is no longer reliable for LGBTQ+/MOGII persons, as the platform discontinued their 24/7 chatroom support, no longer include/mention LGBTQ+/MOGII (option) in their surveys/feedback(options). There is no option of 'Other' in GR, surveys, feedback. EVERYTHING (and I mean EVERYTHING) is 'tailored' now, to what the platform will accept (USA-based, faith(ish) - not directly stated within form h bio..). So, fellow LGBTQ+/MOGII people - tread VERY carefully, when visiting this site. L

i really my experience as listener in 7cup i really keep learning a lot of stuffs and we are providing support to all kind of people .

7Cups is a wonderful place to be either on the Listener or Member side. So far, it's been a great experience for me meeting wonderful people. Definitely recommend to everyone.

As a Psychology graduate who aspires to become a mental health professional, volunteering on 7 Cups has been an insightful experience, allowing me to combine theory and practice. The training material, the workshops, and the programmes under the 7 Cups Academy have enriched my knowledge and skills, and I see how important these have been in shaping the way I support not only those seeking a listening ear but also myself.

7 Cups also gives volunteers the opportunity to take on different roles, e.g., become a mentor or leader, which I also find valuable when it comes to one's personal growth and professional development.

As for the listening experience itself, supporting those in need can be emotionally intense, but so so unique. Being there for others, especially when the world feels hard or scary, can restore feelings of hope and warmth. You never know what a difference you can make just by engaging in a single chat, and this is powerful. We all need each other.

I'm a listener and this is the best mental health platform, The design, the programs to enhance the skills of listener, the forum posts and everything is just so well managed and swiftly done. I am grateful to be a part of this community and proud of it.
