Brilliant customer service and quick resolution

I ordered a Defender spare wheel cover from 4x4HQ which unfortunately arrived with a crack in it, and the leather section had a few holes—most likely from transportation. I messaged them on a Sunday with photos of the damage, and they replied first thing Monday morning, apologising and saying they’d pass it on to their dispatch team. I was expecting to have to go through the usual process of arranging a return and waiting for a replacement, but to my surprise, a new one arrived just a couple of days later with no further action! Fantastic customer service—highly recommended.
