Poor customer service
Ordered 2 tops & 2 skirts on 22 April.
Order 4TH74115 - £137 paid standard delivery 3 days
Now 3rd May and after emailing 4 times (got a generic response from Katie) I still have no update on my order, no clothes & £137 out of my account.
Really disappointing customer service, as I am going away this weekend and wanted the items for the trip.
Please can someone get back to me ASAP either with a delivery date or refund me if you do not have the stock.

I placed my order yesterday morning and it’s arrived via Amazon this afternoon.
The jumper was a restock that I’ve had my eye on.
The item came beautifully packaged.
I can’t comment on returns as haven’t had to yet. The jumper is a lovely quality and can’t wait to wear it.

Awful returns policy
Awful returns policy, they charge you £3.95 to return your items then take forever to refund. They acknowledged my return 2 weeks ago but still no sign of my refund. Avoid

No fuss. Very helpful and even when she got the first response incorrect she owned up, apologised and dealt with the issue quickly. The clothes received were lovely, and great quality. Would order again from here

I want my refund!!!
Sent a return which has been acknowledged. Advised a refund would be processed within 10 days. This has not materialised. Sent an email advising to be told it may take a week for them to respond. Totally unacceptable. The money is needed. Contacted my bank and no sign of this being processed. If I don’t receive said refund by Monday being the next working day I will have to contact my bank for a chargeback/fraudulent transaction

Reckless - to say the least.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013 - 4th & Reckless fails to meet consumer rights.
They do not provide the ability to cancel and order a the point of sale.
They make cancelling an order unnecessarily difficult.
This business should be banned from trading
I have requested a full refund as I tried to cancel an order after submitting the wrong address. They still dispatched the order (to the wrong address) despite me providing 26hours notice of this request, prior to dispatch.
I do not recommend this Reckless company

Won’t be ordering from this company again…
First time ordering from this company and will NOT again. I ordered two items, of which were way too big even at the smallest size. Processed a return which only gave me the Yodel option and meant I had to drive a 15mile round trip to complete. Their advertising regarding easy returns is false! The parcel and items were in a perfect condition as all I did was try them on. Now I have been told that it’s damaged and they cannot process the refund. Looking at other reviews, it seems like this is a common theme and maybe they should look at using another courier, or maybe it’s a SCAM. Not sure. I have replied to the email from customer services to ask what damage but have had no response. Very disappointed!

Terrible Company!!
Terrible Company. Returned 2 unworn items a month ago. Chased by email as hadn't had a return confirmation. A week later received an email to say that the return had been flagged as damaged. When I asked what the damage was I had no response. Chased another couple of times and finally had an email to say that one of the items had been flagged as having been worn due to a smell on return and couldn't be resold. The item was sent back in exactly the same way that it was received, in the original packaging, unworn and with the label still attached!!! Will never order from them again!!

They don’t refund money!!!!!!!
Order two things that didn t fit and sent them back the day after i got them! 2/09 . Even until today 5/10 i didn’t got my money back. Got an email said an item been flagt as damaged. After 1 month of sending them back!!!!
They refuse to send me the money back! Save your time and don’t order from this fraud company!!!!!!!
