Mini CD PLAYER

3wisemonkeys I could not fault they sent my parcel out for next day delivery. It took 6 days from when it was sent out on Monday I picked it up end of day Saturday down to courier.

Food came out from the kitchen cold
Food came out from the kitchen cold. Absolutely devastated. Wanted to impress two of our friends. First time in the restaurant. My favorite Victoria Ale on tap from the Earl Sohan Brewery. Should have been a wonderful experience. Staff were very apologetic and gave us a free drink but our experience was ruined and we went home Hungary.

Top performance at amazing price
Very good communications. Fast delivery. Radio exactly fits space available. DAB+ works very well. Remote control is brilliant. Ads switched off without leaving table. Can't ask for more at £50. And it's made in Europe. Excellent!

Did not play several genuine cd’s & also even at max volume the sound was poor quality & nowhere near loud enough. Returned for a full refund which after the company debated they tried cd’s which worked & the volume worked, received refund. Avoid this brand as ive seen several bad reviews regarding not playing cd’s & poor volume.

We're so sorry you were unhappy.
Unfortunately you don't mention the product or the brand in your review, we wonder if you would consider amending accordingly otherwise customers who read this review will not know what item you are referring to.
If you receive something and want to return it for a refund as unwanted because you don't feel the audio is of the expected quality we would never 'debate' refunding you unless you don't return it within the time limit for returning unwanted items/don't return it in as sold condition.
For faulty returns the units are always tested on return for the reported fault, and if the fault doesn't present right away we might ask further questions because we can't process a replacement/refund immediately with regret for an item returned as faulty which seems to operate 100% as expected.
Fortunately it is very rare that any 'debate' is required and even where that is the case it is usually speedily resolved. As you say yourself a full refund was processed for you.
