Absolute scam of a site.. been over 2 days of trying to withdraw £800 .. rejection after rejection .. mismatch in documents and whatever else excuses they can come up with.. I don’t know what to do now

This is the 10th day of my withdrawal for £1000 they give me the same answers every day saying it’s going through it’s finale checks

WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES WITHDRAWALS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS. TWO SMALL WITHDRAWALS ARE STILL PENDING AFTER 48 HOURS HAVE PASSED. LIVE CHAT NO HELP AT ALL. WILL UPDATE REVIEW TO SHOW HOW LONG IT EVENTUALLY TOOK IF I GET THE FUNDS AT ALL THAT IS

UPDATE WITHDRAWAL IS STILL NOT PROCESSED 3 DAYS LATE

Won £700 ,provided everything asked for to verify my account but they would not allow me to withdraw my funds and kept making excuses. It went down to £600 constantly providing evidence of my verification and they just ignored all messages advising I could not withdraw my funds and the verification documents were not enough (even though they were exactly what asked for ) kept being advised it was escalated to a finance department and nothing was updated whatsoever every time I have asked. My bank and the gambling commission said this company is illegal /unlicensed and have reported them. They are waiting for me to update them on when I receive the refunds I am owed but the company are just giving one excuse after another. They don’t care.

Update: They have confirmed I am getting refunded but yet are giving excuses as to why they can’t just send the money straight out??

Kept rejecting verification and cancelling withdrawals SCAM SiTE do not play here

Absolutely annoyed receiving 3rd party text messages with a link to this casino! You ought to find out who’s doing this and stop them! No wonder there’s gambling addicts everywhere.

Scam website spams sms all day everyday about around 5-6 each sms advertising a different scam casino you can’t block text as there sent from a sms website with no number you will not get paid you have been warned

They closed my account with £80 still in it and they’re refusing to pay me the £80 dirty scam site would definitely not recommend this site

So I deposited money and its not been credited been on to the bank nothing can be done as its left my account they're denying all knowledge

This is a scam , I make a deposit and its been like 48 hours now and still recieve anything on my account and if you chat with them the only say we sending you a e-mail . Dont trust them

Scam website! Stay away! They will keep your winnings forever in pending even if you are verified. They will reject you also the whitdrawals whiteout any reason, and when u chat with them maybe you will find out why! Everything but paying! STAY AWAY if u don't want to feel like u thrown the money on the window!

So far its been 6 days and my withdrawal is still sat in pending, i have emailed numerous times and they just keep saying the same thing, blaming a higher than normal withdrawals are being sent

UPDATE- Withdrawl has been approve today

Wish I would have come here before using this site. All works great right hp to the point of withdrawal. Deposit instant verification fast withdrawal just says pending. There site says withdrawal to card is instant. 24 hours later still just says pending. Will update if ever does payout. So far looks like another illegal scam casino.

Update. They did pay out after 24 hours

This is a scam, same as other comments left. Let you deposit, make you jump through hoops to verify then don’t let you withdraw.

Having spoken to the bank and the gambling commission they confirmed this company is trading illegally in the UK. Do not deposit.

If you have done, report to fraud department of the bank and action fraud

Deposited £200 3 days ago it’s been took out my bank account and not been put in my casino account. I’ve been emailing and they keep saying wait 3 hours . Been 3 days now and they keep saying check your casino account in 3 hours . I will keep people posted in few days if I get my £200 back . I will let you guys know if it’s a scam or not but in mean time I would avoid at all costs
