Exactly on time. Very nice lady who drove me. Such a smooth journey. 10 out of 10!

Arranged pickup for 1 person (child) a day before and no taxi showed up at correct time. Got an automated call to say they would be late and we had to call them again after 20 minutes just for them to say the taxi would be delayed another 15 minutes. We waited for nothing to arrive and called again just for them to say nobody was coming.

Excellent service. Punctual and good value for money. Polite and kind driver.

Driver was great, very friendly and helpful, and ensured I made my train on time. Unfortunately there was a 30 minute wait for a taxi.

The 001 driver arrived on the dot and took me to my appointment. I was early for my appointment and was able to negotiate with the pharmacist to attend to my injection immediately while the 001 driver waited to return home with me. I should have booked the return but didn’t know how long my appointment would take. When I realised it would only be a minute or two the driver consulted with the 001 office and I was able to pay the return fare to him. What service ! I can’t speak highly enough of 001’s flexibility and willingness to make the client happy. All in all it was a very pleasant experience - even the Covid protection injection was completely
painless!

Taxi came quickly following our call and took my wife to her medical appointment in City centre.

Used to love them but when I called to say I would be bringing a dog they said to put it in the notes. Did that and then they turned up and wouldn’t let me in without paying about 40% more
For a really short journey.
Horrid taxi driver and the company said ‘I don’t care about what you’re saying’. Spent a fortune on taxis with you over the years and you should maybe learn some people skills. I’d rather pay more and not be messed about.

Good customer service

I booked 001 for a trip to the hospital JRH today Thursday 25/6/26 they arrived on time and were polite and professional. I attend my appointment and booked them again for the return journey. Both vehicles were clean , comfortable and modern. The fairs were reasonably priced. Excellent service as usual I have used this firm several times times before the standard is exceptional good. Payment can be cash or card at the customer’s preference. Regards Gary johnson

Great thanks on time and nice driver

Many years ago ALL the drivers were honest, however, sadly, the managers have ignored a growing problem amongst SOME of their drivers, and that is the fraudulent overcharging of customers. We are a business account holder and the manager is continuing to allow this practice to happen amongst its drivers. The drivers concerned are manipulating the waiting times then adding this extra money to the fares, even though the customer has been punctual - and within the first 5 minutes of free waiting time. We were informed by a friendly, honest, and knowledgeable driver, how these drivers defraud the customer. We were advised to take a photo of the meter AS SOON AS WE ENTER THE CAB AND ONE AT THE END OF THE JOURNEY. You will see in the bottom right hand corner a little blue title 'waiting time' and there will be numbers underneath. If you have got in your cab before 5 minutes of free waiting time, then the large numbers should be set at £6.00 minimum fare. Anything above this is fraudulent. The meter will deal with the rest of the journey automatically and you will pay exactly what's on the meter. Our advice is to protect yourself by taking a picture of the cab as soon as you see it in the street - you will then have evidence of the time between receiving the text that your cab has arrived - to when you entered the cab. Today the driver, 'Prabhu' - reg no: WX22 UJM tried this. He argued for the entire journey but when he realised he'd been caught he cleared his meter at drop off point and said that he wouldn't charge me. He was hoping I wouldn't say anything, but I am revealing his fraudulent behaviour. The managers do not reply to complaints from individuals, so I shall continue to expose each driver from now on - perhaps the manager will eventually take some action.

Usually, I'm very satisfied, however unfortunately my last trip, the driver went a longer route making it so much more expensive than it should have been

Multiple bad experiences with this company led me to write this review. Several times I pre booked a taxi only to find that drivers were never assigned in advance. Calling them is useless and almost every single time they didn’t provide any solution which almost always meant cancelling the booking and finding alternative means of getting where I wanted. An absolute disgrace of a taxi company, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

First time using and very impressed. Cleaner car and cheaper than my usual taxi firm will use going forward
