Good Kit - Great Price.
The Kit came through as promised in a timely fashion at a great price, the only issue is the disconnect from point of order to confimation of dispatch so that you know that it is on its way. Always a concern when using a seller across the other side of the world for the first time!

I have tried multiple times to contact…
I have tried multiple times to contact Wulibike for an exchange. I ordered a bike jersey/short kit - the shorts were very big (not according to their measurements) and the jersey was way too small - no human would be those proportions. I sent a message on their website, I replied to confirmation of delivery e-mails, I have e-mailed their customer service department, I have clicked on exchange through the confirmation e-mail. Nothing seems to work and no replies have been made. I am not sure exchanges are possible or if there is even a customer service. The sizing is problematic - no way someone’s legs/hips are that big and torso/chest are that small.

Refused to accept return or exchange
I bought long sleeves thermal jerseys. Website showed fitted sleeves. Mine were so baggy, I could fit 2 arms through them. Seller refused to accept returns/exchange stating that items were purchased on sale. Their return policy is so badly written (see website).

Seller offers product they don't have!
Website did not indicate the item I ordered was not in stock. After a week or so of not hearing from them, I contacted the seller about my order. Only then was I informed the item was out of stock. They offered to send a similar item, which I accepted. Why did your website allow a customer to order an out of stock item and why was I not contacted about the item being out of stock? Very poor customer service.

Great price and shipment. I have 4 pairs of Wulibike shorts and I absolutely love them. I average 150 miles a week on the bike. Now I'm waiting the temp to cool off to try the cycling tights.

Great product for the price! No problems in the workmanship
Just received my jersey, I’m 6’1 225lbs and a little beefy, the 2XL size fits perfect and very comfortably. Very light moist wicking material, storage pockets are awesome and the overall quality for this price point is supreme, No problems in the workmanship.
