Great product, fast shipping!!!

I really liked the jersey and how well it fits and is crafted. My personal preference would be slightly longer sleeves and slightly snugger. The draw back is the fit of the bib shorts as well as how thin they are. I am pleased at how promptly my issue was addressed and how they are responding it.

First of all i have to admit that the clothes are high quality for it's price but unfortunately shipping my order took longer than it should according to the website. Also i should mention that I haven't received any answer for my questions neither on email nor in messenger. Other than that it was ok.

The jersey I received was at least two sizes larger when I measured it compared to the size chart. I have tried to get in contact with Wulibike for an exchange or refund but no one has responded to me. I've tried chat, Facebook, email, WhatsApp, no response at all! I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Received 2 sets of jerseys and bibs. Both fit great. Just sized up one level higher than normal clothing which is normal for cycling gear. Will definitely buy from them again. Very pleased

Late shipping and zero customer support. I asked about my product several times, in email, on facebook and they didnt even read my messages.

Superb company, great attention to detail, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, cannot fault them at all.
I wish all companies were this good, especially when dealing with overseas clients.

I am giving Wulibike only 2 stars as my attempts to contact them regarding an issue have not been answered. Their website suggests their average response time to webform contact in 1-3 days and WhatsApp messages is within 24 hours. It is approximately 10 days since I completed the webform and 4 days since I sent a WhatsApp message.

I ordered 3 cycling jerseys. I paused for express shipping which did get them to me quickly. However, 2 jerseys weren’t the fit I was expecting…the cut/style was different. They gave me a 50% refund and said to keep the jerseys. I thought that was very reasonable. I’m satisfied. Thank you for being reasonable. And solving my problem to my satisfaction.
