There was no one there ..
There was no one there ... no phone call/text received to say "apologies, running late". I did wait on the pavement in the freezing cold for 15 mins and someone came and I had my treatment but was not happy!

Amazing service
I received great service from WTB clinic. I was given an appt on the day (a Saturday). I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the doctor who I had my appt with but he was very attentive. I had two blocked ears, one especially bad, with wax melted onto the ear drum. It took an hour for the doctor to get everything but he was very patient and thorough. The ringing in my ear was driving me mad, but I left with it finally gone!

We had to stand outside waiting because…
We had to stand outside waiting because there was no one there. They thought the appointment was for 30 min later. Luckily there is a cafe 2 doors down so we were able to shelter there

The true situation is that you wanted more service than you were willing to pay for and when we advised that it is against policy to offer free services as it is unfair on other customers, you threatened with a bad review.
I guess this is it.
We are CQC registered with GMC registered doctors.
We do not tolerate clients insulting our staff and the receptionist was quite shocked after your outburst that she had to go away to refocus herself.
She is someone’s sister, daughter and mum. She should not have to deal with abuse at work.
Do you think about that as next time no matter where you go. Intimidation gets you nowhere
