Went to Waterloo clinic , appointment was fine , but I continued to have ear discomfort , after a while ( some months ) I went to my Dr again who said the wax in my right ear wasn't removed properly , called them to explain and said they could help me if I pay again !
I pointed out their web says free follow up consultation ( without time limit ) , but to no avail
This is misleading advertising to say the least ,

Rubbish service. Appointment made online and confirmed by email twice. I turned up I'm waiting for 20 minutes and nobody showed up. The second time I phoned the philipinos call service they told me that actually there were no appointments that day. Diabolically bad Service.

Turned up for an appointment in the Spaces building at London Victoria. No-one was there and when I called the call centre, the lady said that the clinician was not able to open the door to the office, where the treatment was meant to be done, as there was no receptionist on Saturday. Complete waste of my time to go there. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

I attended Clear Earwax Clinic, Liverpool Street in London first with Shanu Vohra and then for a follow-up with Chatinder Randhawa. I was told my ears were clear, yet after the treatment I have been left with extremely distressing hissing, buzzing and whizzing sounds, particularly in my right ear. I feel worse than before I attended.

I wrote to the clinic explaining how badly I was suffering but did not even receive an acknowledgement.
I then had to call and spoke with Jahara and was led to believe an urgent appointment would be arranged but nothing.

When I called again, Anna in the call centre told me managers are busy and could not help as she is just a receptionist.

This is the moment of truth. Marketing, reassurance and claims about patient care mean very little when a patient is suffering and cannot get meaningful help.

Based on my experience, I would not rely simply on the marketing or assurances given. I wish I had gone to a well-established local high street ear clinic where I could deal directly with the same team.

Learn from my experience. I paid for treatment expecting to feel better. Instead, I am now dealing with severe and persistent noise in my ear and feel completely let down.

I only discovered they had a consent form after I had paid. The form basically places all responsibility for any mishaps or accidents on the client even if the staff are at fault. No mention of an investigation or insurance coverage. I wrote 2 emails to cancel and get a refund. They didn't respond and started sending me reminders to fill in the consent form. I had to engage in a lengthy phone call to get offered a 5 to 10 working days refund.

I have recently used the Lobdon Devonshire Row and Brentwood clinics. Each clinic I received very good service. Both clinics the technicians were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I visited 2weeks ago, the clinician manged to push the blockage right into my ear and I lost hearing and lots of pain. I got an emergency appointment with my GP who sent me immediately to hospital ENT dept.. Followed by further treatment today. I reported this to Earwax Removal. they didn't bother to contact me. An apology or even a refund would be nice.

The clinician, PS, was amazing! He was so helpful, explained everything clearly, and really made the whole process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend using the clinic!

We booked an appointment for earwax removal. Managed to get an earlier appointment at Boots Chemist who we highly recommend. We cancelled well within the 48 hour time frame and Clear Earwax have still not refunded the £30 deposit over two weeks later. Despite repeated visits to the clinic, email and calls asking for our refund. This looks very dodgy and would not recommend at all.

Visited the Clapham clinic due to a blocked ear. The clinician did not ask me any questions about why I was there or examine my ears before starting the microsuction procedure. My ear still felt blocked afterwards and I asked if this was normal as I had never had microsuction before. It became clear that he was not answering my questions because he could not speak English, except to ask me to pay. After emailing to complain, it was explained that the reason my ear still felt muffled was because I had an ear infection and needed to see a dr for treatment. At no point was this mentioned to me during my 7 minute appointment.
Also surprised that they run the service out of a flat with no other practitioner or support staff, not even a receptionist which is why the clinician left half way through to let the next customer in. Just one man in a room with a closed door and no one outside. Felt very unprofessional.

I can’t vouch for all the practitioners but I can vouch for Shanu Vohra. She was EXCELLENT from start to finish. Professional, polite and kind. VERY GENTLE, explained everything and asked for my comfort throughout. Gave sound after care advice. Thank you Shanu 🙏

Turned up for appointment in Potters Bar - no-one there, call center in the Philippines and told they'd have to cancel my appointment and would take ten days for them to refund me - total fraud and a waste of over an hour of my morning

As per other customer reviews that are somewhat hidden underneath a mountain of possibly fake positives, I can honestly this has been by far the most atroceous customer service & sham tactics on the bookings I have ever seen. I've booked the first appt with the specialist, service substandard with vague information & I'd needed a follow up. I've booked the follow up on a Monday & due to urgent work commitment I was unable to make. As soon as I found out I notified their team (at 7am). However, after a number of emails & calls, I was told I signed up the form & gave me consent that was burried in the Ts & Cs, there is 0 flexiblity to rebook & would need to pay the full price.

Verdict: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

First of all they did not improve the blockage. We had to go out and get some ear wax removable fluid. They did not even have any to give us pathetic as that sounds. After this failed appointment they arranged a follow up and said we can change or move the appointment at any time. So today we phoned up to change this appointment which we can no longer attend. Much to my annoyance we are told we cannot change the appointment because its less than 48 hours notice. This 48 hours was not mentioned to us. The unhelpful receptionist said its clearly on the website in a terms and conditions area. We booked the initial appointment on 15th and we would have had only 24 hours to cancel this or rearrange this as 16th is 48 hours notice. Pathetic. Zero effort was made to accommodate or change this. It was more like a Got ya moment you are screwed.

I visited Bracknell office in order to get my ears microsuctioned. Pranto made me feel completely at ease and explained the whole process to me. He provided advice on taking care of my ears and was professional and knowledgeable! Would 100% recommend

Was really grateful to Pranto Sorker. My ears were feeling quite bunged up and he provided a same day appointment. Ears feel much more comfortable now. Price was very reasonable too. Very grateful to Clearwax.co.uk and especially Pranto.

Vivek was amazing I can hear again

Do not use this company they take your money even if you have to cancel your appointment, as I had to due to a ear infection, which my doctor said do not get the treatment until it clears, so I emailed for a refund, and was told I should give 48 hours cancellation, I think this is wrong and no one should keep your money if you have had no treatment regardless of there policy so do not use if you rely on your money.

As my ear wax builds up quite frequently, I have used clearearwax.co.uk several times over the years. This time was, as ever, excellent - quick, painless service from Vivek, with immediate benefit. The company also offers services at a large number of locations in London, making it very convenient.

Service was great. Sunny explained and advised well to keep the ears healthy. Thanks again
