Hi.I received my case yesterday and I was a little disappointed because I didn't get the box line.I really was looking forward to trying that.However, they did add A\n merlot wine to compensate.\nBut I'd really be interested in the box line and trying that.So I know how it is for the next time.I order.

After 4+ years I have only been…

After 4+ years I have only been disappointed one time with one bottle. Service has always been great and the staff have always been helpful when I travel for an extended time. One area for improvement would be a longer lead time notice for an upcoming delivery. Telling me one or two days ahead of time is not much notice and a real headache when traveling

Quality all the way

Quality all the way. First bottle opened. Delicious Australian red. None of these wines are available locally, so the diversity is appreciated. And the price.

Incomplete order was delivered

I did receive 11 bottles but I didn’t receive 1.5L box of table wine which was supposed to be part of my order.

The wine box is now out of stock, and has been substituted with a bottle of William Knuttel "Touché" Merlot 2023, which retails at $64.99. A letter explaining the substitution should have been included in your shipment - this may have slipped under the packing materials in the box. and we apologize if it was missed. I have been a member for years. Overall the wine is very good! If we get one that’s not our favorite, we let you know it’s a thumbs down. That’s happened maybe 2 or 3 times over the several years we e been members. I really enjoy that the wine comes from all over the world and we get to try things we usually can’t buy anywhere around where we live. Also if I ever have a question, I call and your representatives are great.

It was quick delivery

It was quick delivery. We also got notice of when they would be coming because we had to sign for the wine. I often order from Wall Street winery and am very happy with it.
