Great customer service
Great customer service! Some of the watch straps didn't fit as well and had to return (since I have odd lug width sizes on my watches), but Johanna from the wristbuddy team took great strides to work with me and was very responsive throughout the whole process. Would buy again from them in the future.

Great quality and customer care
Bought 3 watch straps, they are all good quality, both the leathe rand the rubber ones.
Great customer support as well, I made a mistake as I ordererd the wrong size for one of the straps and they were very quick in solving the issue at no additional cost for me so I definitely recommend them.
