I am really surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. I have bought several items from Wrap London, mostly knitwear and my most recent purchase was a cotton dress. I find the quality to be excellent and styles that you would not find on the high street. I find the sizing a little on the large size, but know to size down. They are a little expensive but if you want quality pieces that you are not going to see everyone else wearing, sometimes you have to pay a little bit more.
A big disappointment p
The dress I bought is made of heavy poor quality & coarse cotton which is too hot to wear in summer and pattern very unsuitable for autumn or winter
No pockets , no zip to allow putting it on easily
For over £200 is an awful buy
I won’t go to Wrap again
Excellent Service
I think the customer service and the clothes of both Poetry and Wrap are excellent.
The returns are also dealt with promptly and completely free.
I Thoroughly recommend.
A happy customer
A happy customer! I look for quality and am prepared to pay for it. Quite frankly, in terms of quality, the dress I have just received is worth every penny. I say this before I have tested it in the washing machine but I’m pretty confident by the feel and thickness of the cotton that it will live up to my expectations. If it does then I’ll be adding Wrap to my trusted list of regular seasonal ‘go to’ shops.
Three purchases--Great experiences!
I have purchased three dresses from Wrap London over a period of two and a. half years. All three dresses are of exceptional quality with truly fabulous fabric. I am truly puzzled by the negative reviews--some of which appear to be about unwanted catalogs. I get compliments on my dresses and I am planning to buy more as time goes on. From my three time experience, Wrap London appears to be a first rate company that really cares about quality.
Great clothes, great quality, big fan.
I've been a long term Wrap Customer and wanted to write this review to counteract some of the other negative reviews which seem very aggressive and unwarranted. This is a UK company that is selling clothes made from natural fabrics, designed and made by people who are treated well (the company is FairWear accredited). As one of the other reviewers noted, if you want quality products, there is a cost associated with that. And all those people enraged about receiving a catalogue - perhaps direct that energy into something that really matters, like human rights abuse. All that aside, I love Wrap London clothes because they are great quality, beautifully designed and different from high-street mass produced fashion.
If you want cheap there's plenty of other options
If you want quality natural materials then please remember you have to pay for the producing, the harvesting, the processing, the manufacturing and the assembling and EVERY skilled worker involved at every individual stage has to be paid a fair wage and every animal (for animal products) has to be provided good care for their life or you're benefiting from exploitation. So if you want cheap, tell us exactly which part of the process the cost you're saving should be made up from🙄 the synthetic flood has caused quality natural materials to be more of a luxury so more expensive and harder to ethically source, and it is not the fault of medium luxury smaller fashion brands. The less you support their natural products, the more they will be forced to resort to synthetics to make up the shortfall.
That aside, I ordered a cotton/silk scarf after being pleased with my Poetry orders. My neck is very sensitive for some reason, I get rashes from scarves easily if they're low quality, but it looked and felt beautiful. I'm in the UK and my order came quickly with no issues.
Very beautiful but expensive for the quality
Some models are extremely beautiful like velvet silk top and blue dress with embroidery, but it is too expensive. I bought the blue dress which is stunning style like medieval, but the quality of the material is not so good. I want buy the marvellous velvet top, but more than a 200 pounds is absolutely unreasonable.
One star for the quality and overprising.
Best of stars for the blue dress.
Thought Wrap was better than this
Just got the latest Wrap catalogue = great. Only white models = not great.
The new Website is really poor…
The new Website is really poor (probably trying it on the cheap) You can not submit a simple request without dancing around to find this, this, that and the other information. Same if you want to review; seems impossible until they request it. So, they miss iut on goid reviews, waste your time andcharge huge profit on most of their clothes. I just gave up this time and returning my goods. The one good thing they still do is to provide a postage paid returns label, and be prepared to return as you'll find basic cotton items and cheaply made jewellery charged at 2 or 3 times the real value. What they rarely tell you is that, if you see an item suddenly reduced in the sale, you can request a refund on the difference. Another money hungry Company!
Lovely team
Excellent customer service by a real human and genuine desire to please. Beautiful clothes. Delivery charge could be waived considering the price point but reasonable all the same.
Amazing Quality & Great Customer Service
I am obsessed with WrapLondon & PoetryFashion clothing; the quality, the colors and the fabric are just beautiful. Yes, it’s not cheap, but I can attest to the fact that their clothing lasts a long time. A note of caution: they use natural fabrics like high quality linens, silks, cotton, hemp, cashmere, wool, yak, alpaca, etc. As such, you must wash and dry with care. I never put linen in the dryer. And I wash their clothing on cold with gentle detergent and air dry most of their pieces. And of course I hand wash or dry clean anything wool, cashmere, alpaca, etc. Personally, I would rather own a few quality items than lots of cheap clothing that falls apart fast made who knows where and with slave labor.

Another company sending unsolicited catalogs after buying a data base.
I checked the catalog and have to say that their products are nothing special and overpriced.

I know nothing about this company they are sending me a catalogue what a waste not my style or taste. In this day and age with such concern for waste it is just ridiculous.
Nice but bit expensive
I kept a cardigan. Trousers were either way too long or too short. Nothing for 5ft6inch heights. Quality was ok. I think it is very expensive. One cardigan did have a lot of frays on. Expensive p and p.
Returns were processed on both occasions very quickly.
Linen tee shirt
Linen tee shirt. Way too expensive for what I received. If this is 100% linen, the quality of the linen is way off. Thin and see through feels like polyester.
Made in China…
They make clothes for giants only
r clothes are all geared towards tall women only. When I mentioned this to a customer service rep. via email I heard not a thing from that person again. How rude-some kind of customer service they have. So if you're short like myself forget about buying anything from them excepts for tops. I will take my business elsewhere to merchants who do value every body type and will take comments seriously & professionally. Another thing is they actually charge a fee if you return any item! If they really want to keep customers they should be more lenient like other competitors. And definitely their products are so overpriced.

Beautiful clothes in wonderful vibrant colours as well as more subtle shades and patterns .
My order has just arrived so I can’t comment on how items will wear but first impressions are really good and I definitely have some new favourite items .
I note others have mentioned poor customer service but I had a great experience so it looks like hopefully previous issues have been resolved .
I dealt with the same customer service rep when my order didn’t process initially (Kyle ) and he kept me up to date, tracked my order and notified me of dispatch
Nice Shape and Colours but Very Poor Quality
I have purchased a number of Wraps linen t-shirts, which I like the shape of. Unfortunately every single one of them have developed holes in the fabric after a couple of washes. Very disappointing given the price. I was going to ring them, but just read all the reviews on poor customer service and decided it would be a waste of time...I just won't buy anymore.
