I’ve purchased a number of items from Dogeared in the past. I love the simple, elegant designs. My husband purchased a Diamond baguette necklace for me for Christmas and we are almost to the end of February and it still hasn’t shipped. I was curious so I looked on the website to find a back order date or some indication as to why this product isn't shipping and it still shows available with no disclaimer about a multi week delay. Buyer beware if you plan to gift your purchase.

I can't say enough about how amazing their customer service is. My daughter had a necklace stolen that they no longer showed as available on the website when we tried to replace it. Within an hour of a customer service inquiry they responded and within 24 they confirmed they had located the same type of necklace we were looking to replace. Dede the customer service person was so personal and they mailed the new necklace and even included a personal note. In today's world of poor service, Dogeared Jewelry is head and shoulders above all others. They made this mom and daughter so so very happy!! I am a very grateful customer that will be back!

I bought their Karma necklace and it instantly became my favorite. However, before buying, I expressed to the shop keeper that I was nervous that it was only gold plated as my body chemistry tends to turn plating green. They assured me this wouldn’t happen. However it did and the playing complete wore off the circle and no longer matches the chain.

My necklace broke after only a few wears. I emailed customer service and never received a response.

The inventory is never up to date, so there is no way to know if your order will be fulfilled. Customer service treated this as if it was a normal, regular occurrence and it happened to me personally on two separate orders in two different months.

I ordered two charm necklaces as gifts in December. Although they did come within a reasonable time frame, one of the charms came with the wrong tag. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, however, these are CHARMS and the meaning of them is somewhat intrinsic to their value. I emailed customer service and also sent pictures to let them know I was displeased, however, their only response was to maybe send the meaning card separately in the mail (the item was already packaged with the wrong meaning, I would have had to unwrap the necklace and put the new meaning card inside). I was very disappointed with your response, and I was very embarrassed when I gave this as a gift. I have given products from your company as gifts in the past, however I will no longer be shopping here in the future.

Easy payment, quick shipping. There was a slight delay in getting the tracking number from the company, but I emailed them and it was resolved right away. The necklace is adorable, and I love pairing it with different outfits.

I ordered the maya angelou sunburst pendant necklace as a gift for my sister in the gold plate finish.
I contacted Dogeared before my purchase to see if they would let me add more than one charm but they said no?
I would recommend you add that as an option.
It would also be nice if your items were offered in rose gold as well.

I love Dogeared! One of my very fav jewelry companies. Every product I buy has meaning to me, & reminds me of it through the day. Exactly my type of jewelry!

I love the jewelry but have concerns about its longevity. My favorite necklace broke and Dogeared replaced it free of charge. When it broke again (just fell off my neck) they did respond quickly to my email but only offered me 20% off. They do not make it anymore and there was no suggestion as to a similar item. I was disappointed that they no longer stand by their products.

Beautiful jewelry, love everything I’ve bought!

I bought a silver necklace for my daughter. The chain started turning black after 2 months. They would NOT allow me an exchange or refund, due to not having the original packaging. Not happy

quality is wonderful, Jewelry is beautiful!

The necklaces arrived and are gorgeous! I love them. The Customizations are amazing and just as I put them into the system. The only letdown was the shipping. I picked UPS as my shipper, when my package shipped there was no tracking number, come to find out it was labeled with a UPS label but was shipped through the United Postal Service.

Other than that, I love the products I purchased and will buy again!
