I am blown away at the support I receive from this team. SEO and Optimization plugins are complicated and convoluted to configure on the whole but theirs has some lovely one click presets that work AND when you need tweaks there are easy to find and use functions that allow this as well. BUT the most impressive aspect of dealing with this company is the exceptional support, they are just on the ball, responsive, informed and actually know what they are doing.

I have been using the very good plugins for a very long time. Now I have also migrated the last websites to wpmudev hosting. The normal plans are certainly enough for small projects. But even the smallest Plus package (Bronze Plus) really makes a website fly. An absolute recommendation from me!
PLUS: The support is fantastic. Whether live chat or support tickets. A good example of how things should work.

WMPU Alfredo to the Rescue

I had some problems running the security scan from the Hub (wpmudev/Defender Pro dashboard) and I have so many Cloudflare settings that it is hard to see which setting is blocking the access. Weirdly enough, when I added the other IP addresses to my custom rule (skip challenge) Cloudflare access logs said "No suspicious activity" and "Not mitigated" but it was still blocked. Sajjad Rahat found out for me that the free Cloudflare plan Bot Fight Mode does not respect custom rules if you're on the free plan. You have to get the Cloudflare premium plan with Super Bot Protection, and then administrator's custom rules are respected. After turning off Bot Fight Mode in Cloudflare, the wpmudev Hub could finally request a scan from my wordpress website server. This gives me some relief, as I can now scan for malware/infections/suspicious site visitors whenever I want again. I have some experience with Cloudflare, but would not have found out if not for Sajjad's help! I'm glad it could be resolved.

WPMU Dev is an amazing company with an amazing service. Every single time I asked for help, they provided it quickly and with no strings attached. I used their Forminator Quizzes plugin, which is very powerful and flexible as it integrates with my own php site seemlessly. The team helped me with some custom scripts and they worked for many years, but now I have to go, since I implemented my own quiz feature.

I am new to the Smush Pro & Hummingbird Pro Plugins and they are working well so far. Needed a little help on some parts that were not working and Alfredo was able to identify the issue in seconds. He also answered all of my questions with respect and care. I will be purchasing more licenses for all of my websites going forward and looking forward to improving our websites with your products.
