Dishonest membership pricing
I been member of this platform more than 5 years. I witnessed their business model and focus changed from multisite to currently support + hosting.
I decided to terminate membership (agency level) due to I personally found their pricing is dishonest. Renewal pricing is so much more expensive than new user and they never stated at their website, luring new users thought it's yearly renewal pricing but in fact it was only for new user.

It's support quality that counts. It's exceptional here. I have just completed a support call with Farhan Ayub concerning an issue I was experiencing with my account.
