I have a client website that needs to be updated and I just learned it's using WPBakery. It's just so hard to work with, it is super slow, and it's not even compatible with PHP 8.4. Better just use th... See more

Refused to refund product that kept crashing site
The upgraded product simply kept crashing my client's site. This was over a weekend, client needed the site live on the Monday.
WP-Bakery refuses to refund despite me using the licence for just a few days before having to abandon it as helplines are weekdays only.
Very poor service, would absolutely not recommend.
I really hate this builder
I really hate this builder. You have to create classes for every single element you want to customize, no flex box or grid options, you have to create those to. The drag and drop can get extremely annoying and lagging. If you're used to builders like Elementor, the default options for every element are extremely limited.
You want to lower the opacity of a button? Well, you better create a class for that button, define it in the custom css and lower it from there.
I really can't grasp how this has 4.7 ratings on evanto market.
How to make people hate you!
I'm using the free version of wpbakery and right now they're imposing an aggressive window that's impossible to block, to convince us to buy the pro version for Black Friday.
So I spend my time closing this window, which appears every time I change pages on my site, which is very annoying and makes me want to remove this spamming plugin that doesn't respect WordPress users!
And even the button leading to this promotion doesn't work, which says a lot about their technical capabilities!
Don't buy until you're sure, they won't refund
Purchased the product as there was no free trial option. After installing in WordPress and experimenting with it for about a week, we discovered it did not have the same functionality as other similar tools we've previously used (such as Elementor Pro).
Upon writing the company to request a refund and choosing from their choices of dropdown options for reasons for requesting a refund, an email was sent to us stating:
"The product did not meet your expectations;"
....is not a qualifying reason for refund.
This is poor business practice in my opinion. If a customer can't try with a free trial and the customer makes every effort to work with and experiment with the product and ultimately finding it doesn't fulfill the needs, a reputable company would take this into understanding and happily offer a refund.
Easily the worst page builder out…
Easily the worst page builder out there. Elementor FTW
No customer service support
No email supports, YouTube comments off, pay $50 for support when their plugin broke all my website after their last update.
Total joke! Terrible customer support.
Pretty much pay and get nothing
Support from WPBakery completely ignores customers
I paid $56 for this builder & got nothing. No email, no support, there is no way to contact anyone if you have a problem.
I opened a support ticket asking for a refund (within the 15 days window that they offer) and got no answer back, so I got stuck with a useless plugin. Really disssapointing, beware of these thieves.
Word of advice, if you are thinking to purchase this plugin, please don't, but if will still buy it, make it via PayPal, so you can benefit the buyer protection and open a case against them if they don't respond and get your money back. If you paid via credit card, you can kiss that money goodbye forever.
Paid $83.25 for WP Bakery & got nothing
Paid $83.25 for WP Bakery & got nothing. No email, no support, just ripped off. There is no way to contact anyone of you have an issue. Website left vulnerable.
Beware of these Thieves.
Great for the most part
I'm generally pleased with their service, but there are some issues here and there that are hard to circumvent. Also, wish the support was more accessible
I would recommend, but it's important to keep these things in mind.
WPbakery has ZERO customer support and for that you pay more than any other hosting service
I can honestly say that WPbakery has ZERO customer support. I have been a paying customer with a hosted website for 3 years. The email address (with a different provider) that I used to log into my account has expired and now I can't access my account as a paying customer. There is NO option to change the user name, NO option to reach customer support whatsoever UNLESS -wait for it you LOG IN. But I can't log in, because my user name is no longer working. Social media message responses lead to the same support page, where, you've got to LOGIN first. Emails go unanswered. ZERO response. Not even if you want to BUY NOW can you speak to or reach an actual person. Incidentally, this company which was recommended by a developer, and I still don-t know why - is more expensive than ANY other hosting company I have used and offers ZERO customer support. If anyone knows how to get in touch with ANYONE at WPBakery / please let me know... I want to LOGIN to CANCEL my account but it is impossible!!
Cannot get tech support from WPBakery
Our developer selected WPBakery in 2018 when we migrated to a new website. We've struggled through issues but now I cannot get support even though I have a paid license. The ticket generator delivers a Failed notice with instructions to another email address. But those emails go unanswered. We're without any frontend editors to design pages. Very frustrated with the situation.
Wrost Page Builder
Wp-Bakery should be improved, there is so much less customization option and most irritating thing is that if you cahnge of any element then you to update agina and again. If you want Design wordpress page and then Choose Elementor or Divi or other you like but don't use Wp bakery.
Disappointing support
Disappointing support, unhappy experience so far.
Rubbish website builder with bugs that…
Rubbish website builder with bugs that kept hiding or locking editable sections. Asked for refund but refusing the refund even though advertised that I can get a refund within 14 days
Stay Away
Just boight it, on thire website, they say liftetime updates, but thats not right, when you have paid for it, you get a mail that you have paid for 1 year updates and support, so lifteime is 1 year, so looked at theire refund policy (it's a joke) better they wrote that you nok can get refound....So stay away, there are better editors out there....
Probably the Worst page editor for Wordpress
Slow, buggy, makes the most simple design task laborious and proper Web design impossible.
And when you want to get rid of it, it leaves behind a broken site full of short codes.
