⭐ 1 Star – Misleading Product & Poor Returns Process

I ordered the Women’s Viking Celtic Knot Cozy Warm Knit Hooded Sweater – Blue based on the advertised photos, which showed a beautiful, thick, knitted jacket. What arrived was cheap, poorly made, and nothing like the picture.
The quality is extremely disappointing and feels nothing like a “cozy warm knit.” It looks and feels like a low-quality mass-produced item.
When I requested a refund, I was offered 30% off instead. After declining, I was told I must return the item to China at my own cost, and that shipping, taxes, and customs fees would not be refunded. This makes returning the item very expensive and unreasonable.
The product is misleading, and the returns process feels designed to discourage customers from getting their money back.
I would not recommend buying from this company. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Never ever again. Don't trust to those people! Really bad!!

Still trying to get a refund from this company. They said their bank account has been frozen which is why they cannot process the refund so who knows how they are still trading. The customer service are all a bunch of con artists who take ages to answer any emails.
They are even still sending me emails asking why I have not visited or bought anything from their site for a while.
The pictures of the items are lovely (probably copied from other websites) actual items are cheap tacky rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I'd give them negative 5 stars if I could.

Complete rip off. Says it's knitted and cotton but is polyester screen print not knitted. Nothing viking about it. Doesn't mention it's cheap Chinese rubbish and flammable. Worth a out £10 max

Just like everyone else... I purchased two items that were not at all what showed up. I purchased a beautiful, chunky knitted winter hooded sweater and matching leggings. I received the worse printed polyester pieces of two cent clothing! The leggings are see through super thin, the sweater is a horrible knock off, printed something, there are not tags even saying what the clothing is made of. I immediately got on my email and requested a refund and to return the horrible items. We shall see where it goes... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE...AND ALL THE OTHERS WITH THE SAME PHOTOS OF ITEMS... I am so disappointed!

Scam.
I bought a piece of clothing but never received any confirmation email, and it’s been over three months without the item arriving. I emailed customer service several times and even sent my bank statement showing that I paid, but my order never came. They are literally stealing from people.

Scam Website – Products Are Nothing Like the Photos

I ordered several items from WOWWEARY.COM and what I received has absolutely nothing to do with what was advertised. The products are extremely cheap, low-quality, poorly made, and completely different from the photos shown on the website. This is clearly misleading advertising.

When I contacted the company for a refund, they refused to provide a prepaid return label and told me to ship the items back to China, to an address that costs more to send than the entire purchase amount. This makes the return impossible and is an abusive and deceptive business practice.

WOWWEARY.COM is not a trustworthy business. They use misleading photos, deliver extremely poor-quality products, and make refunds nearly impossible.

I strongly advise other consumers to avoid this website.

This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had—I don't recommend buying anything there. Terrible quality, the product doesn't match the picture, and the sewing is terrible. The seller and customer support team won't respond to returns, as they don't even bother returning anything.

It's not a good experience. I order clothes but it's not look like that the were in the website.
I returned back all and paid also for shipping but still not receiving money back since its stocked in Costum for tax fee....
I couldnot accept this. Its really fraud!!!

I would give zero stars. The site advertises knitted clothing and linen clothing but when I received the products they are blurry printed poor quality polyester like thin fabrics. Absolutely not as advertised and when I wrote to them for a refund they never responded.

Should be investigated for false advertising.

Expensive items that look thick and knitted but what 'eventually' arrives is cheap, printed polyester. You would get better on Temu or Shein for a fraction of the cost - and it will arrive a lot quicker too! Please avoid this awful Chinese company. I would return the leggings I bought (one pair actually claim to be knitted in the description!) but this would be at my expense - and even then, I don't trust that I would see a single penny back anyway.

Worst purchase ever! I bought 2 “knitted” sweaters. I received printed polyester… cannot be sure of the material because there is no label… that seems illegal, but it is the type you are afraid to touch, because it will give you rushes!!! 5 stars for the photos and the imagination of a product that DOES NOT EXIST!!! Ugly… so ugly…

The product received has nothing to do with the one offered. Rags.
