Lost in the mail
My package was lost in the mail and not delivered (. . . yet, we are still waiting at 6 weeks). I contacted Iktops and requested that they re-send the item or provide a refund and they chose a refund. This is so thoughtful. Mail problems are not the fault of the business nor of the purchaser; yet they stepped up immediately. Now I I can re-order when I wish. Even though it took a while for the product to come from China, it arrived in good condition. The top pulls over your head and I managed to get a size medium over my head with no problem. Like that the top has long sleeves that can be pushed up. The linen is a light weight so I can barely see my bra underneath. I love the revealing shoulder on the left side.
