Very impressed, ordered our grandaughters Christmas present and it was here within a couple of days, considering how long we’ve had to wait for other parcels this was great customer service, wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from them again.

Paid for next day delivery but didn’t arrive came 2 days later

Product more flimsy and smaller than I expected but its alright .very quick delivery..
However given that I paid £5.99 for postage I was a little disappointed that the item I ordered ( joie doll car seat) came loose- no box in just a postage bag ,no bubble wrap or protection at all. Thankfully the item has arrived undamaged but would have expected better packaging given the item cost nearly £30 including postage.
