I took out the policy to cover excess payment that a car hire company might charge. This was very reasonable and a twelve-month policy. The car hire would have charged the same or more for the ten days. Of course, you only need insurance if you make a claim. The damage to the car I hired was, to say the least, tenuous! However, my claim was handled with great efficiency by Syazwan, and paid out very quickly. Strongly recommend this company.

I've been using this company to cover my excess renting cars for the last 5 years.

I neved had to ask for a reimbursement but during my last rental someone scratched my car and the rental company charged me 204€.

Cheaper than paying carhire firms. Simple no nonsence policy.
Increasing rapidly in price but still a good deal.

I made two claims on the same day. One of them was settled smoothly in two weeks. Perfect. The other, however, took five months to settle which was less satisfying. Some part of the delay was due to the car rental firm somehow not finding the rental agreement, but still you'd expect a quicker settlement. Good, in any case, to get the excess covered in the end.

It took us a bit to complete all data required as my case was quite difficult but happiliy at the end of the day we managed to solve the issue.

It was very easy to renew my policy and the lady who delt with my request was polite and extremely helpful.
