Don’t buy!!! It takes two month for delivery and you get it in multiply packages which means one toll decleration fee for each!

Ordered beginning of December still no delivery nor a response to emails at the beginning of February. Parcel tracking via China post for the first day says parcel still in China. Company doesn’t advise it is based in China. Company Trades under a completely different name. Falklands Marketing. SCAM - DO NOT USE

I ordered 3 paintings and 3 frames on 11th November. Both were buy 2 get one free. It is now 28th of January and have only received 1 painting. one tracking number was wrong another said on 3 different dates that it had been shipped. I have sent emails and messages on chat with no reply. To be honest I don't think the chat is real because Julie seems to be the only person that works there. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I hope these people never have a day of happiness.

Absolute SCAM!! Ordered a parcel back in March 2020 to keep myself occupied in lockdown...still no parcel! Have emailed several times...no refund...tracking number doesn't work...says still in China!? Stay clear of this company...hopefully someone has the power to shut them down for good!

I wish I had read the reviews for this before purchasing. I ordered something and it’s been so long that I can’t even remember what it was. I wrote an email about a month ago explaining that it still hadn’t come and they simply replied by saying it is on its way. I never got a tracking code and the second time I emailed I didn’t even get a response. I’ve given hope now and I’m sure that my $30 have gone down the drain. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You’ll be sending your money down the drain

2 kits ordered still waiting since May 2020
ordered 2 kits in May 2020 kept giving them the benefit of doubt, due to covid. have emailed loads of times with no reply, they wont refund money. they give a tracking number which does not work.
i am now $38:00 light, which i will never see again.

I maid my ordered in November for my Granddaughter for Christmas and after many e-mails they stopped replying it is now 15th January and no painting has arrived, If only I had checked trustpilot review, Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered this mid November for a Christmas gift, didn't receive a shipping confirmation and had to request the tracking number multiple times, still no sign of it arriving yet. Emailed Julie but she has not been in anyway helpful.

Ordered in beginning of november - still no delivery and after serveral e-mails to customer service, i still got no reply. Not recommended to but from here!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. SLOW DELIVERY WITH MISSING PAINT.  poor service from paint by number and Julie from help desk.

I ordered an item in early May for my girlfriends birthday in June.  After sending 4 emails to chase the order, i received it in mid July.

After my girlfriend received the item, we then found out, it did not contain half of the paints required to complete it.

We then emailed Julie at help desk to rectify this issue. After emailing 13 times,  we no longer received any replies to our email or help in getting a refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are better options on amazon and victoriamoons

This company is complete bush league. One of the paintings they sent us was wrong. We paid extra to have frames and we paid extra to have our paintings shipped quicker. It took over a month for them to arrive, the frames were not included, and the quality is garbage. Similar to so many other people who share my frustrating experience, Julie kept giving me the run around and blaming COVID. Technically it's my fault because I didn't do my research beforehand; but, I've learned the hard way so you don't have to. Do not buy from this company. Buy off of Amazon, or even better, your local supplier.

I’ve been waiting over 6 months for my painting!! The service is utterly disappointing and they were no help when I first asked how much longer it would take. I sent an email over a week ago complaining and they didn’t even bother getting back to me. I’m currently STILL waiting for my order and a response. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, I’d actually go out my way to recommend that people don’t use it!

I placed an order nearly a month and a half ago, so I could get it for the holidays particularly Christmas for my son. I am still waiting it is now December 6 and when I look at their track package I can’t decide if it’s in the United States yet or where the hell it is. I’m furious I’m really furious because there was no indication when I made this purchase that it was going to take nearly a month and a half to get this order I believe they should say upfront that they are slow to sell their merchandise I would never buy anything from them again!Very angry in California, I’ve tried to reach out and they just reassure me that oh it’s on its way great like OK when is it getting here?

I ordered 4 painting kits and eventually the parcel arrived, but it only contained 3 kits. Having paid by PayPal I opened a dispute, they have closed it as the company provided a tracking number which states the parcel arrived. I dont dispute that, just the contents. Having contacted the company I was told by Julie that Covid was to blame, but this excuse had worn thin now after waiting for nearly 6 months for my kit. This company takes your money and does not deliver the goods. World Painting By Numbers is a bad company to deal with.

Ordered a couple of canvasses from them in May (and paid for faster delivery) which finally arrived at the end of August/beginning of September. I had emailed several times asking where my order was and was constantly given excuses. The dispatch tracking that they provided just showed the packages bouncing around in China for months. They stopped replying to emails and so I complained to Paypal - miraculously after this the packages arrived.
The actual product is fine, but I would never order from them again and would not recommend.

Do not use this company. I cannot get any response to my complaint.
Paint by numbers from photo looks like a colouring book print. Frame broken.
No one will reply to my emails

Ordered two kits in April. After two months the delivery finally arrived and only contained one kit. Attempting to resolve via their customer support was a fruitless endeavour with a range of excuses given (including saying their system only had one ordered) and then an endless non-reply or run around. Stay away from this site.

Do not buy from this company,its a con 6 months I have waited .Juile from world paint by numbers just fobs you off,blaming covid.
