Wonderful product! I bought other canvas like this, but I can tell you this is the best! The lines are superb, when you paint them they easily vanish and it seem is painted without borders! Colors are amazing. The subject is cool.

Ordered a picture by numbers, and everything came perfectly! The set includes the colors of the desired painting, a canvas with a pattern and 3 brushes, fasteners for that, to hang the finished work on the wall. Very satisfied!

From reading through the reviews this company is clearly fraudulent. As with many of the other reviewers, we ordered a kit, never received it, asked when we would get it, were told by 'Julie' that it was on it's way (multiple times). It's obvious that we'll never receive what we paid for so we have filed for a refund through both Paypal and AE. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company.

FURTHER EDIT: not surprised to be honest but they have now blocked my email address so I cannot send any further emails requesting an update.

EDIT: over a week later and still no reply by email or on here.

Perhaps I need to look into trading standards or similar?

Placed an order on 6 May 2020 and sent an email on 18 June requesting an update. Got a response from Julie on 19 June saying my order was on its way. Since then I’ve sent 9 more emails and still don’t have an update or the item I ordered. I was told to request a refund via PayPal but this was suggested outside of the time limit for requesting refunds. Feeling pretty let down as I had ordered the item to do during lockdown last year and while being furloughed from work. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone if this is how you get treated.

I'm almost done with my first painting. I started with the basics and will buy more paintings by more detailed numbers for a new challenge. The quality of the product is incredible and the finished product is ready to hang on the wall.

I will send my first painting to two my daughter. Very satisfied with all the purchase steps in World Paint by Numbers.

Im sooo tired of this company. I ordered a painting in September 2020 and I have not recieved it yet. I have sent nearly 20 emails, and got a answer to 1 or 2. The answer was that "dont worry, you will get your order"... I think everyone with normal brains understand that if i haven't got the item in 7 months, it's not coming. Why is the service so damn bad in this company. I hope people understands to NOT order anything from you untill you get better feedback. Br. Martin
EDIT: Whats the point of sending emails to you? That is what I have been trying to do the last 7months?? I did so again, but no response!! Why do you answer here in a couple of hours when you dont answer your emails???

In response to World Paint by Numbers comment below - why do you respond to my post but not the numerous emails I have been sending over the past month?

I have an email from Julie from the 22 of February (!!!) - the last time anyone ever contacted me - saying that my refund request has been sent to the finances team. How is this still being sorted 1.5 months later?!

World Paint by Numbers is a scam! I placed my order 05-05-2020 and was sent incorrect tracking details. After making contact I then received a message that my tracking details had been cancelled. I have emailed several times and now receive no response to my emails!
Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered my kit in December of 2020. It still hasn't arrived. I got only a few email replies, which were all kind of the same and seemed to be auto-created (via some kind of bot), something like: "we are working on it" or "we sent your request to our logistics team". Not even my tracking number is working, nothing. I have sent over 20 emails during 4-5 months and still have zero idea where my order is or when will I recieve a refund (for which I asked due to the lack of information, communication or delivery in general). It is a scam in my opinion. I am really sorry I spent those 30-ish $ on that page. I DO NOT recommend.

Terrible. I paid for express delivery and it took several months for them to even send it. I sent emails and they replied with "it's coming" but it wasn't.

I ordered two paint by numbers sets on February 14, they arrived today 29th March. Apart from the long delay I have to say that the products I received are good quality and what I expected. I assume it took a couple of weeks to manufacture the sets from the photos I sent but a lot of the delay seems to be with China Post. I would order from them again but would expect a 6 week wait for delivery.

I had to give world paint by numbers one star in order to write a review but they don’t even deserve one star. DO NOT ORDER from them. They are scammers
My order was supposed to arrive in December but no surprises to guess that it didn’t arrive & still hasn’t. I was receiving responses from Julie & Emma at the beginning telling me how the pandemic has delayed things but then their communication stopped & now they won’t respond to my emails questioning where my package is. The tracking information is wrong & they wont update me because they are scammers. They will take your money & you won’t receive your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Not only that, I wrote a previous review & they replied telling me to get in touch & they will fix it. I got in touch, & you guessed it, I heard no more! They are a joke. Avoid at all cost unless you like being scammed out of money.

This is how it looks my maybe the 15th mail to WPBN. I have ordered 2 things (a canvas and a frame) on 29th of March 2020. I have received only one of them 2 months later. That was the canvas. I remained pleasantly surprised by the quality of the watercolors.
The frame, which was more expensive than the canvas, i haven't received it at all. It has been an year. In the first 3 months I talked a little bit with Julie about the second item and then, stop. Nothing. I sent a lot of emails but no response. I have chosen to wait for the product, and not request the money, but, it has been one year. It s a little bit annoying that i weekly receive mails with offers from Julie and Emma, but not a reply. I hope someone sees this and maybe solve the problem. So far, I wouldn't recommend this company.

I ordered from this company in February and received my order last week, from China. Everything was there in one package despite being under the impression two packages had been sent. They told me it would take around 25 days to arrive and it was a little longer than that.

Nothing was missing and all the paints were numbered. I'm only giving three stars, however, because although everything was there, their response to emails was not good at all and I do not like companies who do not disclose where they ship from until up front.

Such a shame. There are many people here who say they have never recieved their product, and thats a shame. Speaking as one of the lucky few the product is actually very good, its as good quality as many similar products.

HOWEVER....

It took six weeks to recieve. I badgered their customer service hotline, I did many a live chat, a sent emails, I replied to their mailing list type stuff, and heard nothing. Eventually I was given a tracking number for my product, which, of course, when entered into a website ment absolutely nothing...

Eventually, after threatening them with the Trading Standards authorities, I recieved a REAL tracking number, that told me my product had travelled across provinces in China, 150 miles, in 32 days.

I drafted my correspondence to Trading Standards, ready to drop them in it, and what do you know?! The product showed up this morning!!!

So to sum up, if you can dedicate a significant amount of time each day to pestering them, you will get your product. It is not the product that let's this company down, it is the customer service. Even down to the very end, I recieved an email telling me my product was out for delivery, 6 hours after it had arrived....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR THE GOOD OF YOUR HEALTH UNTIL THEY GREATLY IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE.

SCAM NEVER GOT MY PRODUCT!!!

Edit- RUBBISH, IGNORE THEIR REPLY, THEY DONT REPLY TO MESSAGES!!! ITS A SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!!!

They advertise fast shipping but it took nearly a month for them to send my package and the expected delivery is another month away. Ridiculous!

This the 2nd time lately I have been scammed by a company deceitfully claiming they are based elsewhere but are in China! Received order email with blank spaces where details were meant to be ie no tracking number etc no response to my emails just automated generated emails. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE ! ... SCAM

Ordered from here and it took 27 days for the item to arrive with EXPRESS delivery!!
I emailed them three times and got no response at all. Launched a PayPal dispute and they STILL DIDN'T RESPOND! Actually amazed I finally got my item but will most certainly never order from here again!

It took three months. Obviously they are in China but they don't state it. It was a custom photo and the paint by numbers is ridiculous. I could have done a better one by myself using free websites. What makes it worst the Paint had no numbers on them. But the numbers came on a separate pad. So I have to guess which colour is which!!!
