I bought a navy / reflective outdoors jacket from this firm. Excellent piece of kit by Port West. Warm and cosy, nice loose fit and the inner "slippy lining" makes it easy to get in and out of. Pockets OK too. This is my second jacket like this and I've never found better. Also nice not being kitted out in wild day-glo hi-vis colours. Great for winter working outdoors. Recommended.

Wow now your saying I wasn’t even a customer to discredit this review I still haven’t received my money back will take up to 5 days to go back in my bank with the delay telling me my items will take weeks to arrive that’s 8 days you have had my money or the other option was to wait weeks for my items to arrive it looks like a regular occurrence by the other reviews you have
I can see you have tried your hardest to remove this review via trust pilot unbelievable

Second time ordering from workwear gurus. Same issues both times. Mascot advanced work trousers show in stock on website, however they aren't actually in stock.no contact you after ordering to advise extended lead times. First time waited 3 weeks with no contact and had to chase. Eventually cancelling my order because couldn't wait any longer for work trousers. Second time waited 4 weeks. Annoying AI email responses with no empathy or understanding or admission of fault. Again had to cancel. Avoid at all costs if you're ordering mascot from them as they don't actually stock it

Sent wrong size of trousers; website sizing misleading. Asked to send photos of trousers and tags which I did then received no response.

I will be ordering same boots when these wear out and definitely can recommend them.

Do NOT buy from Workwear Guru.
I paid £121.99 for TIMBERLAND PRO TITAN 6 INCH LIGHTWEIGHT WATERPROOF S3 SAFETY BOOTS and they were a disaster. The right boot gave me a blister within minutes, the left boot pressed painfully against my pinky toe on a hard internal component, and despite being sold as “anti-fatigue” boots, my feet felt destroyed after just a few hours. I forced myself to wear them for three days hoping they would break in but the pain only got worse until I had to stop wearing them entirely.
I contacted Workwear Guru for a refund, but instead of standing by their legal responsibility as a retailer, they hid behind policy and tried to pass me off to the manufacturer. Even after I clearly explained the defects and cited the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they refused to resolve it unless I filled out forms and sent photos “for the manufacturer’s approval.”
This is unacceptable my contract was with them, not Timberland. Instead of fixing the problem quickly, they wasted my time with back-and-forth emails and pointless hurdles.
I feel completely scammed: expensive, painful boots and a retailer that refuses to take responsibility. Workwear Guru will not help you if something goes wrong avoid them at all costs.
Reply to Workwear Gurus:
You’ve had all the details from me multiple times over email. The defects are already clearly described:
Right boot caused a blister at the heel after minutes of wear.
Left boot presses my pinky toe against a hard internal component, which the right boot does not.
That’s inconsistent quality a textbook manufacturing fault. Yet even now, instead of taking responsibility and asking me to return the boots for inspection (the obvious first step if you truly believed in your process), you waste more of my time demanding photos of defects that cannot be photographed inside the shoe.
This is exactly the problem I described: endless hoops instead of a straightforward resolution. The contract is with you as the retailer, not Timberland, and hiding behind a form doesn’t change your obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I’ve spent £121.99 on boots that injured me within hours and are unwearable. Instead of resolving it, you push customers into a dead-end process. That’s why my review stands.

First time purchase, delivery about a week but worth the wait (guessing ship from Europe or maybe stock issue). Great service. Purchased some Carhartt workwear - size down would be my advise. I will be buying from Workweargurus again for sure. Thank you.

Quick delivery easy to order. Bought these for my son who works outdoors. Comfortable from first wear and waterproof. This is his second pair, he really likes that they are comfortable all day when working long hours.
