I ordered safety boots that hadn't arrived in the time quoted, but one quick call to customer services and they arrived the next day.

I placed an order on March 2nd and, over five weeks later, I still have nothing to show for it.
The service has been appalling. I was originally told my items would arrive in 7-9 days. When that passed, I was promised a dispatch date of March 27th—that date came and went with no update. I had to chase them multiple times just to get a reply, only to be given the exact same "Friday/Monday" excuse twice in a row.
They have now stopped replying to my emails entirely despite missing their own self-imposed deadlines. I have had to involve my bank to get my money back.
Save yourself the hassle and buy your workwear elsewhere. This company clearly doesn't have the stock they are advertising and their customer service is non-existent once they have your money.
UPDATE: Items finally arrived after 5 weeks and a bank dispute. Trousers are great and they included some socks as an apology, but the communication process was still poor

Should have come here first. Just like many others ordered helly hansen boots and it's been over a month. No comms over email. Called and got told wait a week....that was 2 weeks ago. Will be contacting the bank after my 7 day deadline to them has passed. Scammers. Avoid.

Ordered Helly Hansen Chelsea Evo 2 boots on the 1st of Feb, submitted an enquiry form chasing on the 13th of Feb, rang the 16th due to no reply, emailed back stating slightly delay at HellyHansen in Netherlands they expect to be able to despatch them around the 27th of Feb. Emailed them again on 2nd March with no response. Rang for an update on the 5th of March to be told they would get back to me. No response. Rang for a refund on 9th March to be told they will pass it to accounts. No update on that. Had to get credit card to back charge them on the 20th March. POOR!

Can’t put 0 stars so had to be 1. Do not use, placed order on 2nd March with delivery stated as 3-4 days and 16 days on no delivery or correspondence whatsoever. Avoid!!!

Ordered work boots in February. Not received after 12 days emailed, still nothing called them today they said they would look into the order number and call back never happened. Didn’t seem very professional when they answered the phone either

Unfortunately can't give zero stars, says fast UK delivery,still processing nearly two weeks later, not replied to my enquiry, first & last time I'll be using this lot, I think my feet could have grown it's taking that long 🙄

Currently waiting on a pair of work boots ordered 3, nearly 4 weeks ago. Have emailed 1 week ago, as passed the 9 working days, but awaiting a response.

So to start it off I ordered some Helly Hansen work boots with a delivery time frame of 3-4 working days. I ordered them on the 2nd of march. I received two emails one with a confirmation telling me once my payment went through they would send me another email with tracking info, another email did come however, it was a repeat email with the same stuff on… no tracking or nothing. I waited a few days emailed them asking what’s going on, I don’t have no tracking info etc could some help. No response. I chased it up without another email a few days later and still no response! it’s now the 11th of march so I decided id phone them up, I spoke with women who said she’d get back to me in a hour this was at 10.33am I waited till 20 past 12 and called them up again to wich she said “are you the person who called up at 10:30 I don’t get back to people until the afternoon give me another hour.”. Why that is I couldn’t tell you, I came off the phone and waited until 10 past 3. At this point I’m furious that iv had no response and they are closing soon for the day. I phoned up about 4 times to listen to the music and then beeps. By the 5th call I managed to get through only to be told the boots I ordered come from Holland where Helly Hansen are based so it’s going to take atleast 2 more weeks for the boots to come however she could offer me some other boots in a similar price range that could get to me sooner. I said that’s not really good enough as I wanted the boots i ordered and the website shouldn’t be lying to people about when they are going to expect “z” items. In the end I said I wanted my money back she said that’s fine it’ll take 24-48hrs to get back to my bank. However with what iv experienced so far I’m not relying on that promise and will more than likely have to chase that up also 🤣. I really wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone, what a complete and utter shambles. Thank god I already had some boots and wasn’t relying on them to get to me otherwise I would've been completely screwed and without work. Very unprofessional and false advertisement at its best.

Another supplier had let me down big time, however these guys saved the day, over one week had been wasted by other supplier not even realizing I was never going to get the boots I had ordered with a 48hr delivery time.
I contacted Workwear now desperate for an offshore safety boot with next to no time to have them delivered before I had to join my ship, they advised me what boot was actually available from the same manufacturer and better still had it delivered to me in less than 24hrs... Real life savers when you need one.

Ordered work Pants ,delivery 3-5 working days. 2 WEEKS later still not received my order.Wrighting emails no one answering.
This is real online shop ,definitely not the scammers.
If you have any problems call their number.

We also ordered 2 pairs of helly hansen boots and 3 months later nothing received .
We will not be ordering online again - Too many SCAMS .

SCAM - AVOID

I ordered some Helly Hansen boots on 18th Jan with delivery in 3-5 days. Email confirmation stated some deliveries may take 7-9 days as it comes from holland. It is now 5th February and still no delivery or update. Haven't received dispatch email or updated delivery information either. Have emailed the customer services and received zero replies to my inquiry of where my order is or when it will be dispatched. Have requested a refund and still no reply. Looks like will have to go through the payment merchant to get my money back. Shocking service shocking customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DEFINITELY DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM.

I was having issues with no update on item ordered, having sent an email and query request form but with no reply. I decided to telephone instead. A woman named Hazel took my details and phoned me back within the hour. She said staffing was light at the moment but said my order should be with me hopefully next day. My order did arrive next day. So thanks Hazel !

AVOID. I ordered a pair of boots for over £100 and never turned up. Various emails and phone calls no response. Phone calls just get cut off. Reported to my bank as a scam website and now in the process of getting my money back. What a total waste of time, I hope they all get locked up for fraud.

If zero stars was an option it would have been that.
Placed an order over Christmas (26th December) for some new work boots (not Helly Hansen).

It’s now 08/01/26 and have received no update on dispatch even though I’ve sent three emails requesting an update - all of which have been ignored. Really not impressed - shocking non existing customer service.
Really wish I’d read reviews on here first before ordering.

How this company has the bare face cheek to still trade (try and rob people of their hard earned money) is beyond me.

I ordered a hi vis coverall for work.Its been 2 weeks and I still have not received my order.Ive tried to email the customer service countless of times and yet they send me dates off when there available but still I get no reply by anyone.Like other people have stated i wish I had read the reviews before buying if I was someone else right now interested in buying an item off this website I would stay away and not waste your money on this scam.

Absolutely beyond shocking service. Zero contact or communication from the so called customer service.
Waited for almost 4 weeks after ordering boots, then was told the following week.
i gave up and got them from screwfix the next day.
I should've read the reviews before ordering.

Terrible service from this lot. Ordered some stuff once before and it wasn't a great experience but thought i'd give them another try so I ordered some things on the 9th of December and here I am now on the 23rd of December and still my two items haven't come and no idea when they are. Ive emailed them and they promise to reply within 48 hours and they haven't bothered at all so ive no idea where my items are, if they're actually on their way or when they're gonna arrive. I certainly wont be using them ever again once my items turn up....if they actually do..stay well clear of this lot.
