This is getting really annoying for us, we must say.
Please read the rules of the fitness challenge so that you do not leave unfair reviews. The challenge rules are clear: YOU MUST WORKOUT 4 DAYS A WEEK TO MAINTAIN YOUR CREDITS. If you fail to workout 4 days a week you will lose ALL your earnings. Credits are reset EVERY MONDAY AT 12AM TO 2AM EST.
Please read carefully before leaving a review that is clearly unfair and due to your lack of attention to the challenge rules. Also, if you are unsure of something read the FAQ page or any of the site-wide disclaimers. You also had to of clicked on the 'I Understand' button before working out on the site which clearly outlines the rules.
Lastly, this review affects our ability to provide this free service. So, thank you very much for making it even harder for us to STAY OPEN. We help so many people across the world and here you are leaving bad reviews and making it harder for us to stay open and continue helping the people who do read the rules.
Kudos to you.
Note: If you do not speak English or Spanish natively and are using a translator to use our site, this may be the cause of misunderstandings. If this continues to occur, we will only move to serve only the United States, Canada and the UK.

Hello Workout4cash
Hello Workout4cash. I recently downloaded the app. Really love it. Quite motivating.
Just wondering what is the best way to contact support as I did email you all?
Also when a friend signs up can we be notified by email or something? Its hard to know who has signed up through you.
Also initially it was $10 to cash out but now $25. Is that true?
Thanks.

Hello there! Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the website states that you may watch as many videos as you like but that you will only be paid for one video per day. This notice appears before each and every video that you watch. It is in bold on the screen where you clicked 'I understand'.
Also, the objective of our fitness challenge is to motivate you to perform regular exercise. The regulations state that you must workout 4 days a week in order to maintain your earnings. If not, your earnings will be lost. This is motivation to keep you moving. Workout 4 Cash is not about watching videos all day and all night, it's about maintaining a healthy active lifestyle. As most people only have the time to workout once a day, we reward users for one workout daily.
We apologize if this was not clear enough on our site-wide disclaimers, but we hope that we have cleared up any confusion. In addition, you can find more details about how it works by visiting our FAQ page at: https://workout4cash.com/faq
At Workout 4 Cash, we are sincerely trying to make a real difference in people lives. Our platform is free and relatively new and as many businesses do, we are experiencing some growing pains. We are doing everything we can to provide a platform that exceeds your expectations. As such, we are presently upgrading everything on the site to provide a much better experience. We had placed a site-wide notice letting you know about the possibility of errors as we upgrade. If you did not receive your credits, please contact support and we will rectify any errors.
We hope that you understand and that once you confirm our advancements, that you will support us in our attempt at revolutionizing the stagnant fitness industry. Your patience would be greatly appreciated and well worth the wait.
We respect your input and hope we have been able to clarify things for you a little more.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. As the rules of the challenge state, your balance will return to $0.00 USD if you do not workout at least 4 days a week. Earnings reset every Monday at 12am EST.
If you have 3 credits, that would indicate that these credits are from this week and are still valid.
Note: You may lose credits that you earned by uploading a profile picture if you remove your picture at a later date.
I hope this helps!
