Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. This is the most inefficient company I have ever ordered from. No order confirmation, no way of tracking initial the order. Then the order surprisingly arrives. No return information provided coupled with rude customer service. I reached out to the CEO Eric Gautier and had no reply. It really doesn't need to be this complicated. Total time wasters and inefficient.

We’re sorry to read that you feel this way about your experience. However, we would like to clarify that our team did everything possible to assist you throughout the process.
When you first contacted us regarding your order, the information provided did not allow us to locate it immediately, which is why we requested additional proof of purchase in order to help identify your order correctly. This request was solely intended to assist you as quickly as possible.
Regarding the return, after your cancellation request we informed you that the order had already been shipped and could therefore no longer be cancelled, but that you would be able to return it once received. We did not receive any further request from you regarding the return procedure before the parcel was sent back directly to our headquarters instead of the designated return warehouse.
We understand this situation was frustrating, but our team remained available throughout the process and always aimed to provide the appropriate guidance and support.
We are also actively following up on this matter by arranging, at our own cost, for the goods to be transferred back to the appropriate warehouse in order to process your refund as quickly as possible.
Excellent Customer Service
Even though I was at fault by ordering incorrectly, I was refunded (credit, as I asked for) the entire amount by Ross.

Fantastic customer service! One of my garments arrived with an oil stain on it, and when I reached out, Ross was incredibly fast to get back to me, outlining the options to rectify it, and proceeding with my option of choice very quickly once I replied!

Return Process
The return process has a few hula hoops but Ross was a huge help and was able to get me a refund for the shirts that didn’t fit very well. He is very kind and understanding of the situation i was in

Multiple wrong orders
I had a couple issues with my orders. I dealt with Ross and he did not waste any time. He fixed my order and had it sent to me right away. We had a couple hiccups with the delivery company not notifying me for pick up, which is a nice feature to have the return parcel picked up at my door. Ross was very patient and kind wth me. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Ross for your quick response and your amazing customer service. Only for you, I would not have bought products from that store again.
