Honestly have no complaints, everything comes on time and in good shape too. Customer service is very knowledgable and are helpful when needed

8 days after payment I received daily mails, wanting proof of payment. Even after sending one, they asked for additional information on the document, giving me the answer that only after receiving that they would check their own bank account. Never ever have I experienced the necessity of having to proof my own payment for them to even CHECK for it. Last but not least, it would have taken 5 additional days to even hand the product over to delivery, after initially stating 2-3 days delivery time. Just don't order there.

Quick service, value for money products.

I've been purchasing all my garments from Wordans for a few years so I can print my graphics. They have a wide variaty of brands to choose from and good prices. The delivery is super quick. They never let me down.

Very poor communication. Paid extra for next day delivery and this wasn’t fulfilled. No contact to say this wouldn’t happen. I chased them via the online chat or numerous times and made serval complaints and never heard back. The items then arrived 3 or 4 days later still no apology or offer of refunding the delivery cost. Wouldn’t buy from the again.

First class service ordered 67 polo shirts & delivered next day.
Had to order an extra 12 & were delivered next day also well done 👏👏

I bought my husband 5 white short sleeved shirts. They came really quickly, packaged well.
He's worn them 3 9r 4 times. Each time I've washed them.
Very pleased with them. Excellent price, really good quality., wash well.
Would highly recommend to all men.

Order quite a bit from Wordans, but must say last few orders have been awful. With missing, damaged and incorrect items being sent. Which for customers is frustrating.

Even worse when having a job with an urgent deadline and alot of the order doesnt turn up, after contacting customer service, and stating that the missing items are required within 2 days to adhere to our customers promised delivery date. They state to opt for a refund in the return then over 10 days later the missing box then turns up, wont provide a return label.

If the order wasn't incorrect in the first place we wouldnt need to return (at our own cost) secondly when explicitly stating with customer service agent the deadline, if they knew it couldnt be met why send them and not ask what was preferred

Some of the bottles I ordered were dented and poor quality. Never again.

Very bad customer service and email I got back was very abrupt. Items were not delivered to my address and never received my order. Numerous times on the chat which I have now been informed is ai in which I was informed my case had been escalated, ended up having to report transaction to bank as nothing was getting sorted or resolved with wordans

Excellent service. Great quality work tops, the short sleeves have a ribbed cuff. They look more smart casual wear. Fast delivery. I would buy from Wordans again.

If I could give 0 I would. Order was ordered and paid for £10 delivery for delivery in 3-5 working days which met my work task. It’s been nearly a 10 and It still hasn’t even been dispatched. Called and emailed many times been told it’s passed on to hire up and nothing

Quickly delivered, great quality

I recieved bottles with scratchmarks and my heart sank because I was in a hurry to get a project done for my customer. But Sofia at Wordans customer service saved the day! The problem was solved in a hurry and my project was done in time! Thank you!

Unfortunately I cant leave a zero star review. These products DO NOT arrive within the stated 3-5 working days as they do not come from a UK warehouse. The quality is questionable, although fine for the price. The sizing of the flips flops is poor & some arrived in the bag dirty. I definitely wouldn't recommend. (Also if you are looking for any sort of refund as they cant get your products to you within the time stated, they take 15 days to refund you!)

Good product, great price, quick delivery.

At this moment, I don’t know whether to cry or scream.

This company has never sent me an order that was completely free from stains, but this week’s delivery was the worst yet. Initially, I thought I had badly stained one of the garments myself. After checking the rest of the stock, I realised that nearly half of the delivery arrived with stains, marker marks, and various discolourations.

To make matters worse, I found a human hair inside one of the infant bodysuit packs.

At this point, I know one thing for certain: I will not be ordering from them again. There appears to be no quality control whatsoever.

The worst part is that these defects often go unnoticed until after sublimation, by which time you’ve already invested time, ink, paper, and money into the product. The losses quickly add up.

Unfortunately a back-end IT issue meant our first order wasn't printed as we wanted. Fortunately, Sofía in customer service was brilliant, going above and beyond to make sure the replacements met all of our expectations, and even fixing an incompatibility between an image and the printing process. The end result was a great product delivered quickly. Many thanks!
