I like their wide selection which can be overwhelming. Everyone is trying to help you until the sale is done and then there is no follow up,no customer service, wait weeks for a repair on defective furniture that was delivered then to be told it’s too late to return it. Worst customer service ever and the quality if the furniture is not that great
I purchase purple products from them and they are price gouging and I ask the reason and they blamed it on the purple company if they are going by purple company pricing I was charged $30 more for a standard pillow when purple is selling the king size for the price they charged me I would tell anyone to shop with the purple company vs the price gouging side companies after making a $3000 mattress sale all I got was free delivery and $200 in credit accessories when it was suppose to be $300 I DO NOT RECOMMEND WOODSTOCK FURNITURE
