Very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service. Ordered a worktop online. Informed that there was a website error and that length was not available. Offered a shorter length, which whilst not ideal, I managed to accommodate. No price reduction initially offered but was reduced when I pressed the point that a shorter length should be cheaper. Delivery time was scheduled for 10days from order which whilst slow I had allowed plenty of time for. Two days before delivery I was informed that the worktop was damaged in the warehouse and that they could offer me a much longer piece at a £120 additional cost. This was of no benefit to me, so ultimately the order had to be cancelled. I now need to order another worktop from an alternative supplier at very short notice. Beware, their website seems to bear no relation to their actual stock and despite not being marked as clearance there is obviously limited availability. Very uncooperative at each stage. Cannot comment on the quality of the goods since none were received.

40mm, full stave rustic worktop
We were looking for an oak worktop and came across woodenworktopsdirect on the internet.
I would definitely recommend. the customer service was 5*, the delivery tracking was 5*.
We chose the 40mm rustic worktop, full stave.
Yes there was filler within the worktop but when oiled there not obvious, but that gives it the effect.

Full Stave Worktop
Firstly a fantastic price for a full stave 2,700 x 1,100 oak worktop.
Communication was first rate and the interactive delivery info was spot on.
Perfect all round.

Awful service
Awful service. Worktops had filler in cracks in oak worktops. Awful customer service. Twice cancelled delivery and only £20 refund. Would not recommend.

I ordered a sample , it never arrived
I ordered a sample, they said they had sent it but it didn’t arrive. Then they said they hadn’t sent it as it was out of stock, did I want a different sample!! I said no, but please send the one I ordered, but they never have. So, no sample equals no order. Chaotic company, doesn’t seem to have a clue what is going on, glad I didn’t buy anything else from them.
