Quick dispatch and large sample

Never able to deliver worktop
Booked a delivery date for 17 days after the date of my order, was called 3 days later to say it wouldn't be available until a few days later and they booked a new date for 3 days after the initial one. After waiting 2 weeks I was called to say they couldn't find the worktop. They said they had no other options so would refund the money which they still haven't done. Would have been better to be told before i ordered or sooner as now without worktop for an 3 weeks longer than necessary.
was surprised they emailed me to ask me to review them!

I intially ordered 4 samples of different oak and walnut worktops before deciding on which to go for. Samples were free - a service which not all companies provide.
Ordered the product I wanted and collected from the warehouse. Excellent communication from Roque made the process much simpler than I expected.
