stay away. i have 62k in my balance i have won and iv been trying to withdraw from 45k and been trying almost a month and they keep making excuses yet im fully virifed its bollox iv never won such big amount and now cant even get paid out is there a way i can report for fraud to the financhial ombudsman??? how would u go out this guys surely cant just take my money and not pay me because i won big??

What a scam, a real credit to jumpman gaming, I know that miraculously 6 reviews will appear refuting what I say and singing their praises but this site smells more than a little fishy.
1. When I first joined and played it seemed great, I had accumulated over £50 in bonus funds, which would have provided quit a while of gaming pleasure - suddenly, mid spin on King kong cash the screen flickered and it turned into £10. Afters several days of emails i was left with the answer " you somehow managed to convert the bonus funds into real cash."
What a croc if crap, there is no button that says convert bonus funds now
Did I learn my lesson, well for a few weeks yes, but the day before yesterday I caved in an the following took place.
2. After a few deposits and lots of ups and downs, I was suddenly awarded the Holy grail a MEGAWHEEL, I spun it and the impossible happened 500 FREE SPINS WHOOPEE, did I get them, well of course I did not, a box appeared and told me that I have been credited 50 spins (which never appeared) and I had to contact support for anything else.
Have support responded of course not and if they do every q&a takes 2 days, and they will ask for proof, which I can't provide. Nothing will be forthcoming because the operators are scam artist.

Do not use its scam .I have reported this to trading standards.They taken money out of my PayPal account then .Sent A EMAIL my ID HAS BEEN REJECTED .WHEN IT WAS WHAT THEY HAD TAKEN OUT .ONE BIG SCAM STAY OUT . THEY DONT REPLY WHEN YOU HAVE A ISSUE

I came across this site and signed up for the bonus. 1st time I went on this site it worked. I topped up £20 and then all of a sudden the only thing I was able to do is deposit nothing else is visible. I thought the site was down. I signed in 2day after to try to use my £20 which was displayed on Wongagames which was my own cash that I deposited BUT MY BALANCE IS AT ZERO. Lost my 20 and given my details to these, My fault for not checking reviews 1st.

Its a scam. I won £400 over 3 weeks ago. Sent all my ID through like they asked and never emailed me back. Do not use this website. Because they don’t pay you!
