Have played this casino for a while now and the have actually made a withdrawal into my bank account. I am now waiting for two withdrawals and nothing happening. I have emailed them and tried chatbot but no joy. An update - they have paid ne another £240 but took ages to do it. But fairs fair, I have to report in a more mannerly fashion.

Awful customer service, I signed up with them for mistake cause I confused with another website that does sport bet, once I deposited I've done my documentation and deposited more money to reach 100 pound as it is the minimum amount to have in order to withdraw. They told me the withdraw of the deposit can only be done through email which I've sent at least 10 for the last 2 weeks and now they even locked my account and no answer. Shame on them and how they can operate in England stealing people money. They are based in Romania so I don't think I'll get my money back but if you can read this review please stay away from this scammers.

Spent a lot of money with just in a short time, and they keep giving bonus cash and still no withdrawal money . When you win something that's worth taking out , you try getting it to the withdrawal amount and then end up spending everything as they don't let you win to the withdrawal amount of £100gbp.

Has to be the worst casino I’ve ever played with. Deposited around €650 and was lucky enough to win €1750 but trying to get that money out is going to be a nightmare as the maximum you’re allowed to withdraw apparently is €500 every 7 days. The only way to increase this limit is to deposit more cash (and probably lose all of it) to become a more privileged player. You know what they say the house always wins.. play regal have pulled out all the stops to make sure that’s a certainty.
