I had my initial consultation around 6 weeks ago and the woman in charge of the Ireland practice told me my aligners would be ready in 3 weeks (last week from the day I'm writing this). I've been texting her every second/third date to ask for updates as her communication with me is basically non-existent. She takes ages to reply and says 'Apologies, still not ready, you'll get it by next week'. I pushed for another precise answer today and got the most awful customer support experience of my life. She said 'it's a medical apparatus not shoes from amazon'. Then I told her I would make a complaint and she said: 'We have over 1000 patients, and it won't make your aligners come faster'. I mean, how could you even say that to a customer who is only asking for a SPECIFIC DATE! She was extremely rude and has absolutely no idea how to deal with customers, she also told me that I have been asking the same question every day in a very rude manner. Well of course I have because I've only asked for a specific date! She then finally gave me a specific date, which isn't much to ask. She deleted a few of the messages but, I have screenshots to prove it.
After this conversation, I actually would love to cancel and just get my money back.

Very friendly and helpful about all the questions and concerns I had regarding my clear aligners. I was able to walk away with confidence in what processes were going to be done, involving costs, time, rules etc.
