Very unprofessional do not waste your money, delayed manufacturing of alligners common experience as I suspect they are not manufactured here. When they finally arrived they were cheap and substandard , didn't meet orthodontist and sales staff communicate (poorly) via wats app, are unwilling to provide a refund and looking at good reviews wording is very similar almost copy and paste on some of them don't waste your money I only wish I'd read reviews prior to purchasing, still in ongoing dispute to get money back and they weren't cheap wish I had got a loan and went to an orthodontist

I bought this from instagram. The ad looked amazing. The product was nothing like the ad. Cheap plastic rubbish. DO NOT BUY!!! I wasn’t happy and no refund was offered.

Don't even deserve a star , snap on ? Really ? To be more specific, I followed the instructions but they don't fit well at all and they definitely did not snap on. The adhesive is not enough to make them comfortable. As they don't fit, they're uncomfortable and are not easy to align correctly. I suspect mouth size is assumed to be the same for everybody but they are too big for me.

Avoid avoid!! These are basically plastic child’s play teeth. Like vampire teeth you can buy for Halloween but without the fangs!!No wonder they are so cheap but I suppose you get what you pay for. Do not waste your money on these. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Please avoid!
Melted plastic on both sets and they wont refund.
Customer service just copy and pastes a generic response.

Absolute SCAM don’t fall victim I should have read the reviews clearly before purchasing anything on their site I haven’t received my package and there not getting back to me in any way I’ve filed a dispute and I know they won’t get away with it but don’t fall victim to their bs it’s all nonsense

Do not buy this product it is of very poor quality and this company will not give a refund back when you report that you are horrified with your purchase the purchase is not what they advertise it is really truly disappointing and disgusting

ABSOLUTE rip off. Dont fall for the adverts, incredibly misleading and rather save your money. They wont send your item and when you receive it weeks later you'll be shocked at the poor quality, its like a lucky packet kids toy. Save your time and money...!

Im from Auckland, New Zealand and so far had very positive experience with Hether and Dr Wondersmile and will post photos of my before and after final results once I complete all the aligners sets. The aligners are so easy to put on, they are high quality and Made in Germany, they fit perfectly and of course have to be taken out when eating as any other clear aligners and that's a very easy process, not a rocket science at all. Will update my review once I complete all the sets.

Don't believe the scam.

Teeth are nothing like real teeth and don't fit.

Company does get back to you in time and tries everything to not refund you the money even though I haven't wore them and still in packaging.

Don't believe the good reviews they are from paid reviewers or fake accounts.

Shockingly weak quality. Doesnt look like teets. Literally there is no gaps between the "teeth' its just one piece of white plastic that doesnt fit unless you have a mouth of a hippopotamus as these are extremely wide. There are holes on top so you wont be using them when eating... you probably fancy taking them out in front of your date in the restaurant... its not only not cheap...for what they are, they are a rip off. Avoid... oh, shock... i cant leave a 1start review on their website because "a problem occured"... all the 5star reviews here must be fake. There is no way that anyone would remotely like these...

Very Friendly abd accommodating.

My technician was very detailed and was patient with all my questions. The 3D scan was fast and easy. Definitely recommend to see WonderSmile .
