Wondersmile took £1000 off me for teeth straightening and did not provide me with the product and went bust. They keep chasing me more money. But I cannot get through to an yone who will give my money back.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. There’s a god reason WonderSmile’s cheaper, it’s because they can’t provide long term value and service.

I got my aligners only 2 years ago and my teeth when that bad they were just a bit crowded and causing some other teeth to push forward. I finished my aligners, but in the end my teeth couldn’t fit the “perfect” aligner and so I was still stuck with one tooth a but stuck out. But it was better than before, so I did nothing about it. That was my first mistake.
My second mistake, they don’t tell you how easy it is to lose your retainers/aligners. And so, I eventually lost mine. For a while my teeth were still relatively straight cause I had been wearing my retainer and they weren’t shifting… until they did. Fast forward to now, I contacted WonderSmile to order new retainers. But my profile, my 3D scan, everything had been erased from their system. They could no longer create a new mould for my aligners. Now, before they used to have an in person scan or a mould they could mail to you. Not anymore. Unfortunately, they closed the clinic in the state I’m in. So, I would have to fly over interstate to get a scan of my teeth, and then pay per set these prices.

2 sets $450
3 sets $600
4 sets $700.

My third mistake: their support contacted me through WhatsApp which is weird considering before they communicated via email. They told me all this and I wasn’t pleased which is why I’m here. But just as I said goodbye, in response to my dissatisfaction, they wrote a rude message only to delete it.

Unprofessional, unreliable, you’re better of spending extra at Byte or something and get lifetime guarantee.
