I am adding an extra star here to Woltu, (3 instead of 2) as I have received a refund of 25€ and they are offering me another €10 to adjust my review, which I am doing now.
The fact still is that in less than 2 years the door of my Woltu mini oven does not close properly anymore. And no I did not bang or slam it, and no I didn’t drop the oven. None of that. I just opened and closed it with normal use, which is about 2-3 times a week.
After less than 2 years the hinge of the oven door malfunctions. And an oven without a well functioning door does not work. When I do receive the extra 10€ I have received a refund of almost 60%, which will help towards a new mini oven and/or towards repairing the faulty oven door. So thank you Woltu and please look into the quality of that hinge. It is a pity it stopped working so soon. Awaiting the extra refund.

I bought faux leather dining chairs via Amazon UK which came with a swing fire safety label but no permanent fire safety label as required by UK fire regulations. Woltu just ignored the content of my emails as though it didn't matter that the chairs were not meeting UK fire regulations. Avoid!

I have a kids kitchen from Woltu it is made from )very good materials and it is lovely.
My kids love to play with it.
It was little hard to assemble it .it is litterally made like a real kitchen.
We love it.
The delivery was in 3 days without any problems. Comunication with the customer services was very proffesional and correct.
I would reccomend them to everyone.
