for over 2 weeks now, I haven’t received my order.
I bought a chair on Amazon. The seller created a tracking label immediately but forgot to actually ship the package until I reminded them. The package got lost along the way, and for over two weeks now, I haven’t received my order. The seller has been promising to either send a replacement or issue a refund, but I still haven’t received either.

Horrible company
Horrible company. I doubt its a even a legit company.
First, their customer representative uses abusive language in the messages against me when I made a simple query about the status of the order. Second, when I placed another order, they did not process the order even after 4 days. There is no response to queries even on social media platform. Apparently they got pissed off that I raised issue regarding bad customer service to their higher management. People running Costway.de wants to sabotage Costway's overall business. They are intentionally being abusive to customers and messing up all orders. I wonder how fraud company like this is allowed to operate in Germany. Germany is very strict about such scammer but somehow costway.de gets away with it.
