My order did not get delivered on the approximate delivery date and not only do i not know why but i haven’t got a clue why it was not nor do i have an inkling of the current status or even if it’s even going to be delivered as the communication between Wolfiek and myself is abysmal. It is now nine days later than the expected delivery date and I am still left completely in the dark as to if or when it will arrive
Update. A new shipper was used and iI did get my order somewhat later so the problem of the shipment was resolved.

The initial shipment for my compressor took over 4 weeks to even leave Spain! Once received, no instructions on anything. The compressor pressurizes and shows 7,000 psi, then shuts off automatically without pressurizing the PCP cylinder! After weeks and weeks of emails I finally got a response when I cancelled my payment to them. Dreadful support. Avoid this company. Not worth the time or money.
Wolfiek group is very good at sales and picking the best brands to distribute in Europe, but one can only wish their customer support would be as efficient ... getting an answer takes 3 to 4 days in the best case (that is if you ever get an answer at all), blatantly ignores european laws on defective products, sends customers on wild goose chase to prove an issue ("please send us a video of that slow leak that takes overnight to leak 30bars") etc ... meaning that despite the excellent pick of brands I can hardly recommend Wolfiek group as a place to buy if the item you seek can be bought elsewhere ...
The personal and quick reaction regarding the questions that I had regarding assesoires for the Huben gk1 was outstanding.
Also when the item I was interested in made available again, a quick message from customer service and again, the right spelling of my name makes me a thankful and appreciative customer. 5 star's.

Very inconsistent over the chronograph. Checked out the reg but couldn't find the problem. I contacted customer service and after several emails with Leandro it was agreed that they would send me a new Reg. Now fitted and it seems to be working fine for over a month now. Thanks Leandro

Wolfiek customer services has gone downhill fast...again!
That goes for Edgun, Huben, AEA and all the companies they represent!
They said tomorrow but its now been 11 days just to create an invoice!
Wolfiek were doing so well after the initial issues of being understaffed and a customer services department that was practically non existent. Unfortunately now its back to being the case and even worse!
The number and severity of complaints against their customer services has become so bad that I can't possibly recommend them to any of my clients or friends any more, and i had to post a review and say something.
I personally (not clients/friends) have spent tens of thousands at Wolfiek and their customer services has gone downhill fast, especially after Matias left. Their lack of care, their lack of communication and the mistakes made with deliveries is not worth the countless headaches you will undoubtedly encounter.
They promised that they had learnt from previous mistakes and many, including myself, gave them a 2nd or even 3rd chance.
Such a shame. They have/had so much potential in being a leading supplier in the field.
Over a year ago, 24th October 2024, I bought an megalodon at aeaairguns.shop. It was backordered so it got delivered in januari. Beautiful rifle to look at. Pressure gauge showed 150 bars so decided to hang my compressor to push it to the 310 it was supposed to handle. Nothing happened. Tried a handpump and hooked up another pcp rifle on which the compressor worked perfectly. Contacted customer service and shipped it back to Spain. It returned to me approximately 8 weeks later. Still the pressure gauge showed nothing else then the 150 bars. Contacted customer service once again. Via mail received the answer that mine happened to be equipped with a regulator with was set to 150 bars. Got instructions (there is NO decent manual for any of their rifles!) how to turn it up and it finally showed the pressure I expected. It didn't matter it was now unregulated as I wanted it to go full power. Took it to the rifle range and shot several times. Way low output. As I found online this could be caused by the decocking lever I unscrewed it. Finally it shot full power, less than a magazine in the weapon completely locked up. Went back home and tried to find out what exactly locked in place. Unfortunately I couldn't resolve so contacted customer service once again. Returned the rifle again and in three weeks I finally got an offer to replace the rifle or to receive a coupon. I opted for a replacement. I received a notification for a newly placed order and saw it also was backordered. I contacted once again and received a response it was going to take another 4 months. Now we'll over 7 months in there's still no replacement and communication went completely silent. I gave them another two weeks to replace or refund and they still did not answer. As of now I'm in contact with th European Consumer Centre for aid and if they do not respond to them I will file for a European Small Claims procedure.
Fast delivery, nice product. But it broke down after 4 months. It then took 5 months!! to repair. After 6 shots the same problem! The last 2 months these people did not even bother to communicate anymore. I literally thought I would never see my 1200€ gun again. Never again. Quick to sell, but no warranty or service once it needs to go back. These experiences keep trickling in on different forums I am member off, so this is not a coincidence. Do not buy here unless you have the skill to do repairs yourself.
I am now stuck with a defective airgun which I either have to sell for a lot less or have repaired by a local shop for a lot of money.
Reply to Wolfiek: send it back? Again? And go through this again? You had me begging for a reply! I know about my Belgian friend who after a simular experience, did send it back and then you kept his edgun for another 11 months!! And he had to pay to get it back! I am not one to complain quickly, but never again Wolfiek. I wonder how good your reviews would be of based on after sales service.
Anyway it was fixed within 2 weeks by a local dutch dealer, who did a great job at a very fair price. Thank you luchtbuks.com. You will be getting my business from now on.

It has been over 1 1/2 months and Matias hasn’t been able to resolve the defective K1 Lite delayed firing issue. This is very dangerous and I’ve reached out multiple times to get updates but never hear back. I tried alternatively to get support on WeChat and through emailing support again in hope I could get someone other than Matias, but still get no reply. Except the automated one that says wait 2-3 days, or the one that says they are extremely busy and please be patient and they will get back to you. I will continue to keep people posted of my limited progress in hopes this helps others with their decision to purchase.
Update: I received a response on WeChat and was able to chat with Martin. He informed me that Matias is no longer with the company and he reviewed my information that was previously sent and informed me that his technical team will look into the issue and get back to me. I am hopeful that this will be resolved, given I had more dialogue with Martin in one chat session than 1 1/2 months of email correspondence with Matias. Will continue to update my experience as we progress through this issue.
Update 2: After corresponding with Martin for another 1 1/2 months and getting specialists involved. It was determined that the K1 was defective and appears to be an isolated incident, given they have never had this issue and had to get the manufacturer involved to approve the replacement. I received the replacement yesterday and test fired about 50 rounds through and there were no issues. The defective K1 was shipped to a specialist to determine the exact issue for future repair purposes. I want to thank Martin for his professionalism in resolving this issue. I removed 1 star for my initial experience with Matias.

Tot zover de lofzang. Totaal verblind door al dit moois gooit deze sukkel de .22 in het karretje, rekent af met €65 aan zuurverdiende waardebonnen en PayPal en ziet dan dat HIJ EEN KABOUTER GEWEERTJE HEEFT BESTELD!!! 5,5 mm is immers voor de kermis.

have spent a great deal of money with the group and also recommended them,over the last coulpe of years have had problems with new gear costing thousands,that just didnt work from new i found matius very un helpful,even to the point of him saying i didnt buy from them,and not being interested and offering a circlip as a solution,these products are high maintenance,you will have to be prepared to repair youself,there are helpful vidios on you tube,but you will only get help if you are parting with money and not after
