Customer service is almost nonexistent. I contacted them about an order I wanted to place, but I didn't receive a response until I reminded them 12 days later. Then again, total silence, and I had to contact them again 2 days later. If I cannot contact you to complete a purchase, I can only wonder what will happen if I have an issue with an order.... Very, very bad first impression. Reading other reviews, obviously, I'm not an isolated case.
The folks I spoke with were very knowledgeable and resolved my issue quickly.
Last month I purchased five boxes of pellets, a type I'd never tried before; I wanted to test them. Unfortunately, the photo advertising them isn't accurate, so I was practically unable to use them. I ask the appropriate person to edit the photo. I'm talking about the EDgun Hades .177 caliber - 0.670g. I began exchanging emails with support until I decided to fill out the form to return the material. I was contacted by Orlando, who made everything very simple for me. He provided me with the right information for preparing the package, shipping it, and most importantly, he told me the exact amount of the voucher to spend. In short, the ideal interface for someone like me who found themselves in that situation. It was the first time I'd returned material received by mail, and I felt a little awkward. Orlando was truly professional, precise, and punctual; he definitely deserves praise. I know he was just doing his job, but I believe there are different ways to do it, and he chose one that I think is perfect. He knows what empathy is. I should point out that I don't know Orlando; I've only exchanged emails professionally with him. I'd like to point out that EDgun sent me a box of pellets as a gift. Do not sort customs problems, so customer has to wait weeks for items to be returned before being resent. Will not deal with this company again.
Initially, there were some challenges with the delivery of my Leshiy 2 and accessories to my country. The shipment encountered issues and was eventually returned to the sender, which was of course frustrating at first.
However, the second delivery attempt went perfectly. What really stood out was the excellent communication from the EDgun Shop team throughout the entire process. They kept me well informed, responded quickly, and handled the situation in a very professional and supportive way. On top of that, they included a few goodwill extras, which I really appreciated.
I’m also very satisfied with the Leshiy 2 so far – everything works exactly as described.
In the end, great customer service and a team that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommended.
THE experiance with the Edgun shop uk was one of the worst i have ever had the stock took weeks to arrive i had to email them on many occasions no Trigger guard with a gun stock wich cost me just short of £400 gdp was disgusting when i have spent alot of money at is shop i would not shop there again im getting the gun sold as they are only want to sell you a gun after that they dont care well i dont the product is over priced and i am a member of BASC and know alot of air rifle people ive had a better experiance when buying a cheap air rifle but this firm as blown it in my mind the way they are going on they wont be as popular as there competitors who go out of there way to please you with there product because they want your trade but this lot well i will let people to decide over priced and also they are not at the top in the game but charge top prices at there prices get a FX or a Daystate name a few and they are tops not EDgun im not happy.

Fantastic service by Leandro can not fault the customer service in any way. I bought a new L2 and had a slight issue with the meazy gauge one email and response no argument straight replacement even offered to take advantage of the free postage. Not only best guns on the market best customer service too. Any issues they sort straight out I would 100% be confident in buying again and can not recommend enough.

Wonderful shop.
Every thing that you need for your Edgun. Accessoires and even the smallest spare part.
Delivery is fast and packaged real good.
Only downside is no payment with Ideal.
I will definitely be ordering again when i need parts, accessoires or something more complete.

UPS stole my package - the driver marked it as delivered and I've been waiting for more than two months for a solution, complete unwillingness from both EdGun and UPS... so €200 is gone... stay away from them, shop elsewhere
