Placed an order on 1/6/25 for a bakery…

Placed an order on 1/6/25 for a bakery favorites club to be started this month. No updates as of 1/30/25 so I reached out online and the customer service reps informed me that there was a technical order so my order was not complete and that I needed to call to place it. I called and was informed that the club is no longer available even though it's still visible on the website.

Not sure what is happening at…

Not sure what is happening at Wolferman's. I have been a customer for years. Placed an order for my mom 12/14/24, for a english muffin variety. Very basic. She did not receive delivery until 1/22/25 and the order was wrong. Called three or four times and was unable to get connected to a customer service representative. Tried the online chat option twice and was put thru to 1-800-Flowers. Very frustrating and most of all disappointing.

The rat got there first

The rat got there first. My gift box from Wolfermans arrived with a large hole in the cardboard and one of the packages of muffins half eaten. Fortunately, the rat had not stayed inside the box. I called customer service. It took more than three hours and several calls to finally connect with someone who understood my complaint (and spoke enough English) and finally, rather than trying to sell me something, got the message that they owed me a package. Four weeks later I got a smaller package than the original gift. It showed no signs of rodents. The muffins were flat and stale. I cannot recommend anyone else purchase ANYTHING from a company that treats its problem with warehouse rats so casually. I'm sure a bakery with lots of flour and breads and good smells KNOWS to guard against rodents. Wolferman's apparently welcomes them. Good luck.

Worst customer service ever

On Dec 4th I placed an order after recommendation as seen on GMA. Order was $133.45 - Dec 20th I called because I had not received order. That order had never left warehouse, rep cancelled because much of it was out of stock and I reordered part of it that was still in stock $88.57 and received. I am still waiting for my refund for the original order placed Dec 4th. I have called 6 times since Dec 20th and get a run around each time. I have wasted at least 10 hours on phone and virtual assistant. They tell me it was credited to my "house business account" which I do not have! This was my first time using this company and while we liked the product I will never use them again. I am contacting my credit card company to file a fraud claim to get my $133.45 refunded. Their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

Never buy from Wolfermans

Placed an order early in December, it arrived but was short. Called customer service, received lip service, but no product. Did an online chat, same experience. Will not do business with them ever again. What terrible customer service!

I am done with Wolferman's

I placed an order back in October to ensure my holiday gifts to my clients would be delivered before Christmas. I was never notified that they were running late and that 2 of the expensive baskets were out of stock. One was finally delivered after Christmas. I have had multiple calls with customer service and online chat. I was assured I would be issued a credit. Still nothing. Wolferman's used to be a great company. I did quite a bit of business with them in the past but I am done. Their customer service is a waste of time.

Customer Service in the Phillipines

Ordered as they were one of the businesses promoted by Good Morning America. $195.90 was charged to my account with a delivery date of Dec 12 that never happened on Dec 15th contacted them and they stated they lost the order. Promised it would be here on Dec 24th. Never received, called and said they would deliver on Jan 14th. I did not want it then as this was 8 Xmas gifts, was told they would credit my card on the 23rd and it would take 5 to 6 days. Billing statement from Credit Card postdate Jan 6th no credit. Jan 12th still not credit. Do not do business with them. Their customer Service is in the Philippines and could care less about any customer that they have or have ever had. I should have read this first as they are 90% 1 stars and no one wants to do business with them. I am surprised Good Morning America would do business with a sham company as this.

We ordered wolfermans muffins

We ordered wolfermans muffins as we are originally from Kansas city. That was a mistake as the muffinquality has changed drastically. They use to be thick about 1 inch, these were thiner thanl have ever seen. They are living on the past and shipping poor quality product. No more for us.

DO NOT USE WOLFERMAN'S

DO NOT USE WOLFERMAN'S. Terrible customer service. I ordered a large basket of breakfast breads as a Christmas gift for a longtime friend on December 14th. This is the first time I tried Wolferman's. They delivered it to an address in AZ not OK (I input the correct address). They contacted the gift recipient and told her they'd resend to her. We waited...Christmas passed...we waited. I emailed them twice and received no response. Went to the website and used the live chat. There I was told they'd reship to the correct address immediately and email me a tracking number. That never happened. I went back to the live chat January 2nd and told "Jude" that because the gift has never arrived I want a refund. Jude told me that isn't possible until after the item is delivered. Yes. He reiterated that three times even though it makes zero sense. I cut and pasted the Wolferman's "satisfaction guarantee" FROM THEIR WEBSITE which states if a customer is dissatisfied for any reason they will receive a full refund. Again, Jude stated that 1) the item shipped and 2) I couldn't get a refund until it was delivered. I got off the chat and called the company where "Karen" finally refunded me after looking up my information and confirming both chat agents lied to me. The package was never reshipped. I will never use Wolferman's, or any business associated with them (Harry & David) again. DO NOT USE THEM.

Quite possibly the most incompetent…

Quite possibly the most incompetent customer service department we've ever dealt with. Our order arrived on Dec 12th with only ~33% of the items. We contacted customer service 4 times. The first time they told us it was arriving in two separate orders and one was delayed. Then, the next two times they told us it would be reordered and rushed within 48 hours. The third time, we were told no, it never was reordered because they were out of stock and we couldn't have it until after Christmas. This was a Christmas gift, which rendered getting in early January pointless. When we explained that they said would issue a full refund. Instead, a week later we got a $2.00 refund. These people straight-up lie on the phone just to get the customers off the line.

Medicore quality, bad customer service

The muffins are nowhere near as good as they used to be. I ordered a six pack on 12/10 and they arrived with two packages missing. I've asked for a replacement to be sent twice already and nothing has arrived as of 12/27. Today, I asked for a partial refund instead and was told they would only refund 50% of the shipping costs. It's not worth the risk!

Order placement/unfulfilled

12/16/24 - Placed order for muffins from Wolferman's Bakery. Received order #and told delivery was guaranteed by 12/24. I did participate in survey and commented that wait time on hold was extreme, and the order taker was difficult to understand.
Package not received by 12/27.
Phoned and was told order #413116787 could not be found, therefore no shipment was made.
Offered delivery of item by 1/10 - which I found to be unacceptable.
Having been a customer for several years, this experience is cause that I will no longer be a customer.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WOLVERMAN'S

Order placed with Wolverman's online for English Muffins on Dec 14, 2024, Xmas shipping cut off was Dec 17. Order was a gift to a friend. Wolferman's promised delivery by Dec 24, 2024. Order did not arrive. My friend was leaving this home on Dec 26. Fedex posted changing delivery scenarios, but no delivery happened. I called Wolverman's customer service, on two different days, two calls each call taking over 30 minutes of my time, speaking with a person both times. Replacement orders were taken and promised, but never acknowledged to me by email and never shipped to my friend and no record of the replacement orders with Wolferman's.

No More

I have ordered for years --now I will never order again! I had placed an order 12/18,for a gift that was ready to ship now. The status said would deliver by 12/26. I checked the status on 12/24 only to see they moved the ship date to 1/21/25. What?? I spent 1hr and 10min. on chat-only to have them verify the earliest would be 1/21/25. I asked to cancel and credit. They would not. After speaking to 2 different agents on 12/26, I was finally able to get a delivery date of 12/30. The agent said the error fell on the original agent. VERY POOR customer service, POOR communication--there is none!! Again, its not worth the aggravation--I will never order again.

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!! Was told item shows as shipped there was nothing they could do. Item does not show as shipped it shows label has been created. Will not be delivered in time for Christmas. Was told to call back after Christmas for refund or for a replacement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible—avoid at all costs

Terrible customer service. Never received my muffins despite three calls to customer service — 20+ minute hold each time — and promises that muffins would be delivered. Each time they apologized, promised to ship and then didn’t. I’m now on to fighting them to process my refund and running out to buy replacement gifts. Don’t do business with these people unless you like aggravation

Unsatisfied customer

1. The message from who sent the order was not
done.
2. Three (3) items from the order were missing. They
will send them as soon as they can.
3. The decorative band that goes around the box was
just put in the box with the items.
4. The pictures of the items are very misleading - they
look much bigger and better than what is received.
