Jake was incredibly helpful and professional in helping us secure a great mortgage for a new home. He was recommended by a business partner and I can now see why. I would very happily use him as a mortgage broker again in the future.

Jake is a great Mortgage advisor and dealing with him has been a pleasure. You can get hold of him when you need to and he keeps you up to date with progress. He also has an excellent knowledge of Mortgage packages and picking the best for you. Jake has adopted modern technologies so sending files to him is safe and secure and you can also Zoom call him!

Jake at WM Solutions, was recommended to me via a friend who had also used him previously, and had a successful result. I was dubious at first swapping partial way through an ongoing mortgage product search with another broker who to be honest was dragging there feet!! Jake took hold of the reins with my search and within 7 days had me an offer on the table with a better interest rate and 5% deposit!! I’d been waiting for the other broker for over 7 weeks!! Jake had submitted all documents and checked everything over with me and had all the answers ready for the underwriter before he had even asked the questions! Jake is super professional, contactable at all times, and even worked directly with my accountant as I am self employed!! I couldn’t recommend him

Williams Mortgage Solutions have been fantastic in us remortgaging our property. Jake has been on hand day or night to handle our queries, and very organised with all information that was needed by us. We have used Jake now for a few years, and I can honestly say that he has been extremely helpful, thorough and professional at all times.
