Scam

Scam. Fact. The Powerball 3 is poor!
The ball is very loud.
The cats are scared of it.
It 100% doesn't roll as advertised.
It jumps, and spins on the spot for the majority of its active phase.
Shipped from China, so clearly not able to send back.
Awful product. Absolutely awful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Great cat toy

Our cats were very curious and interested from the start. Now they have learned how to turn it on by kicking the ball themselves. I ordered two.
You can't go wrong for this price.

Wloom Balls great, but get lost easily when the cat plays.

The balls work fine. Our cat likes the soft mode. Would be nice to have some way to find them, when they vanish under a sofa or cupboard. Could work on the delivery time, due to the product being shipped from China. European warehouse would make this much faster.

Great and fast support

Great and fast support. WLOOM does prove small business can be excellent in customer service and the speed of sending their products.
Where big brands sometimes fail, WLOOM showed me flexibility when I changed my opinion to a different color after my order. Wasn’t a problem at all and they changed my order.

The cat is not interested in ball at…

The cat is not interested in ball at all. In fact, he is scared of it as the ball makes quite a lot of noise. The sound is also unpleasant for people. It doesn't work as on videos, it just jumps a little in one place, it doesn't roll itself!
The advertised "100% catsfaction" is just a scam. If you decide to send back the ball, you will need to pay for the return package, and the return address is in Germany. According to their terms and conditions, the package must be unopened and contain original box.

The ball itself is sent from China, so it takes some time to be delivered.

If you really want to give it a try, don't, it's not worth it. If you still want to give it a try, read their terms and conditions first.

WLOOM will hold onto your money, and not live up to their “catisfaction guarantee”

WLOOM are a sham of a company, and I’m surprised they are still able to operate.

I found their “Powerball 3.0” on an Instagram advertisement, and I decided to buy. I thought, why not? After all, they showed cats enjoying the toy.

Two weeks later, it showed up, and I powered it on. My cat… wasn’t impressed. She really did not care for the ball, and with every mode on she did not show any interest.

I contacted WLOOM to claim on their “Catisfaction” guarantee, where they say you will get 100% of your money back if your cat doesn’t like the toy. However, Patrick from WLOOM said either he’ll give only a 20% refund back (which by the way, didn’t include shipping, so it’d have been a £3.36 refund for a £20.95 purchase!!!!) or I can send back if I pay for shipping to an “Annie Pham” in the US - which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Nowhere in their Terms of Service, nowhere on any legal jargon. “Catisfaction” is not mentioned once!

I told Patrick this, who insisted on ripping me off on the refund or me paying for the return. So, I then turned to my bank for a chargeback, who luckily helped return my money and fully agreed that legally this company is in the wrong. In my experience, multiple consumer laws were violated, which heavily justified the chargeback I received.

Do not trust WLOOM. Their product was not satisfactory (in my instance), but more importantly, THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR SO-CALLED SATISFACTION (catisfaction) GUARANTEE. It’s a ploy, to give you a false sense of security and confidence, when in fact they don’t ever plan to give you 100% of your money back once you spend it.

I have also reported them to the ASA for advertising a satisfaction guarantee that they don’t live up to.

Noisy and just stay in one spot

TLDR: Sham company, poor products. Don’t buy and if your stuck with Patrick… do a chargeback to get your money back.

Noisy and just stay in one spot on most floors. Cats are more scared of it than interested. The guarantee is a lie and they will ask you questions… and wont offer a refund unless you post it back to them in America. I’ve issued a chargeback in my credit card for goods not as described. Don’t waste your time with these products. They’re no good.
